This is a lovely hotel in a good position - there are lots of bars in the surrounding area, some with live music nightly. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily,   I can't say I am a fan of the glass walled shower and toilet though! We had a slight problem with the Internet as we had to keep signing in. There is a lovely rooftop swimming pool with a great bar,open all day serving cocktails. A shout out to Jose who was very helpful - he told us about a festival in a nearby village that had a huge firework display. It was very easy to get to with the bus terminal only a 5 min walk away. I will definitely return to this hotel. 
 

Lovely hotel in a good position 

Very decent hotel, deserves 5 stars considering the price-quality ratio. The hotel is clean and modern, with two large pools on the roof, plenty of sunbeds, a bar, shower, and toilet. Unfortunately, the rooftop is only open until 6 PM.

The rooms are pleasant, featuring glass-walled bathrooms, balconies with chairs and a table. The downside was the single beds (they tend to separate), but the room is cleaned daily, and towels are regularly changed.

Excellent base for exploring, 4 minutes to the bus terminal (buses are not heard), and a few minutes to the beach. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby.

On the downside, there is an absolute lack of parking spaces (as on the whole of Tenerife, though).

Breakfasts are decent but monotonous, although you can organize them in such a way that during a 5-7 day stay, you can eat something different every day.

Overall, I highly recommend it. If I return to Puerto, I will definitely aim for this hotel again.

Very decent hotel

We are currently here, Arrived early morning and there was food put out for us, which was a pleasant surprise ,beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing. We have a view of Teidi mountain and a side view of the sea, food is good, lots of choice.They make you feel so welcome. Here’s to another 8 nights.

Really good hotel and central

Very friendly hotel,the receptionist, Josie,I hope I pronounce right, was amazing,nothing was too much for him. 
The buffet breakfast and dinner was always different and delicious. 
The hotel as it is good. Need a little upgrade, but nothing much to complain about. 
Housekeeping staff was friendly,no much english,but they were helpful anyways. 
The gym need a bit more cleaning,but not many people used it anyways. 
I would recommend this hotel,very close to the beach, can't swim there, but nice and busy bars around. Also shopping was great in the area.

Nice and friendly hotel, highly recommend

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a half-board basis. Check-in was fast and efficient and we were given room 303.
The room was adequately furnished, with sufficient hanging/shelf space and (free) safe though the wardrobe had no door. There was a small minibar/fridge and kettle. Cups, glasses, tea, coffee and sugar were provided but no milk/creamer and the hot drink supplies were not replenished. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were not really big enough to tuck under the matress, so they had the tendancy to come away in the night. The tv had a number of channels that could be tuned to English language. The wifi was good.
We found the food had improved since our last stay although even though we eat early and were one of the first people down at dinner, the food was already tepid and we had to use the microwave. 
It was disappointing to find that the sunbeds had still not been replaced despite the management being aware of the problem since March.
The main issue with this hotel is the bathrooms. When the hotel was renovated in 2021, they chose to install glass cubicles as bathrooms. These offer no privacy and anyone using the toilet can be seen from the bedroom, hall and even from a person sitting on the bed (as the full-length mirror is poorly positioned) which is rather disconcerting. Management have been aware of the situation since the renovation. The problem could easily (and cheaply) be solved simply by using some stick-on, vinyl frosted panels, but 3 years later, the situation remains. I would strongly suggest that 2 members of management jointly stay in one of the hotel rooms for 24 hours to experience for themselves just what having to use a glass bathroom is like and perhaps then they will apply some URGENCY to taking action.

It's a great hotel but......

This stunning property is conveniently located in Puerto de la Cruz. Fully renovated in 2021, this establishment has a total of 211 rooms on the premises. This wonderful hotel enjoys an idyllic location in the heart of the city. Guests will find numerous bus and metro stops within walking distance. Guests will also find this hotel conveniently close to main entertainment areas of the city. Fans of the fairway can tee off at the local golf course within the near vicinity. In addition, guests can find the beach just a 10-minute walk away from the property. The establishment is wheelchair-accessible, ideal for all types of travellers.
