If you want a hotel that play dreadful cheesy music all day and till late at night at a volume that means you can’t sleep or can’t lie by the pool without being bombarded then this if your hotel. If you however would actually like a good nights sleep and to hear the sound of the waves. I recommend you stay anywhere but here!

Dreadful - never ending loud loud music day and night

Firstly ignore the recent review regarding sleep quality due to loud music. Music finished at 11 pm.  I have never slept better, beds are so  comfy and noise level during the night is non existent. This was our 10th stay and staff were amazing. Jay entertainment guy, left to go to another other hotel ( not his choice) so it's such a shame as he was brilliant!  Such a real loss to this hotel so management please take note.  We keep returning as there is no other place that captures your heart like the stunning views whilst sipping a cocktail.  We knew about the temporary closure of the lobby bar and only negative comment is that the management need to look at opening it back up so that guests can have the option of sitting elsewhere if they don't want to see the entertainment.  Met great people , weather was fab and you will have a fab time if you. Choose to book.

This was our second  time at this beautiful hotel and won't be the last !
The views are amazing  and tge rooms very comfortable the food is gorgeous and lots of choice. The staff in the restaurant work so hard there is never a dirty table .
The pool atmosphere is great I did read a review  about the music but we are in our  60s I'm 66 and we loved the music  please don't let others reviews put you off it wasn't on all day it was just when they did aerobics I certainly didn't hear it at night I slept  so well maybe it depends where your room is? Our only one comment is it woukd be nice to have another bar open as tge queues sometimes at Brezze bar was a bit long at times. But this won't put us off we are hoping to be back again  soon. Try to get a room with a Seaview  they are Amazing x

FABULOUS

We had a fabulous holiday here - the perfect relaxing week with my husband. First of all the views are to die for and it seems that most rooms in the hotel have stunning views of the sea/cliffs unless you’re at the front of the hotel. We booked through Jet2 but booked a little
Upgrade to a junior suite (room 628) and omg the sea view is unbelievable! Worth every penny extra (was only €70 extra for the week for this room). Lots of space, stunning balcony, comfortable beds. 
The hotel put entertainment on every night and it stops around 10:30-11 so it’s not crazy late and I think the people saying it’s too noisy too late are honestly party poppers or just seriously early bedders - you’re on holiday and people wanna enjoy themselves a little later! The band “the diamonds” were some of the best hotel entertainment I’ve ever watched! The pool is absolutely stunning and we loved relaxing around the pool most days, the only thing I’d say is beds go super quickly so go down at 8:30 to get your spot sorted or you risk not getting a bed, although even on the days we didn’t, 2 eventually became available. 
The staff are all very friendly in the hotel and accommodating. For the people complaining about the hotel manager, o honestly think there’s just a culture difference and she’s a professional and straight forward kind of person but she will accommodate you. 
The food was good. Breakfast was mr favourite - fresh omelettes cooked in front of you are amazing! Pancakes also delicious. The pasta with tomato sauce and Parmesan was lovely and the pizza oven provides fresh pizza every day. There was a Chinese themed night with fresh duck and amazing spring rolls and a Sunday roast too - gravy was delicious with the beef! To top of my food review, if you see the glossy passion fruit sponge cake… done hesitate! UNREAL. 
Mojito cocktail was my fav from the bar so recommend trying those if you like a mojito. 
My constructive criticisms are:
Our aircon was not strong and we are so so pale so we do struggle with the heat. We reported and they sent someone to the room who told us that this was as strong as the aircon was and they did provide an aircon unit which saved us! So defo sorted that for us but disappointing that the aircon isn’t stronger. And a thing that really bugs me about hotels is when there is no mirror next to a socket - this seems like such a basic essential to me. Especially when you’re in a 4* and in a suite. It will definitely improve your guests stay if you add a mirror above the dresser/next to a socket. 

Thank you for a beautiful stay in a relaxing environment! We would consider booking here again if we wanted a relaxing week.

Pros
This hotel is in the most breathtaking setting you could ever imagine. I highly recommend the rooms with sea view, worth every extra penny. I honestly can’t begin to describe how stunning the view is and photos just can’t do it justice. Cliffs that must’ve been chiseled by the Gods themselves and sea views that stretch further than your eyes can see. 

Ignore the review that says access to water is restricted. We had absolutely no problem getting water. Fresh bottles are available in the buffet restaurant from 7am and the pool bar from 10:30. That reviewer actually walked past the restaurant to go to reception and complain that the pool bar wouldn’t give them water. 

The food in the buffet restaurant has been great. Lots of options and new things each day. The pizza is made fresh on site and was a particular highlight. Theres also a good menu at the pool bar with a la carte options throughout the day. We never tried the a la carte restaurant so can’t comment on that. 

The staff are friendly and approachable and the pools are fantastic. The pool is so nice that I forgot to top up my sun cream and am now leaving looking like a sunburnt lobster. 

Cons

The cocktails could be better but there’s plenty of other options for drinks. This is being particularly picky and it’s not the hotels fault that I like my strawberry daiquiris to be made with fresh strawberries picked by fluffy white kittens exactly 8 minutes before they’re blended with the finest rum. 

The air conditioning in our room was not good at all, we actually thought it was broken as the room was hot with the air con up full for several hours. The hotel did bring us a portable air conditioner which was a life saver so they absolutely resolved this for us but I would expect the in room air con to be better in a 4 star hotel.

Unreal
