This place is amazing ! The rooms are beautiful.  The whole place is!  The spa is wonderful and relaxing.  The massages fabulous.  
The vast amount of food choice from many restaurants and the buffet are just wow!! Will definitely be coming again!

The patisserie, the burger house, the seafood restaurant.  Ohhh laaaa laaaa! 

Wish we’d have booked longer this time round.

The welcome when we arrived was great.
The hotel staff was 5+

It is great experience with children, so many things to do.
Food was great.
Most importantly the reception staff was highly professional.

Great experience

If they say this hotel is renovated it is not true whatsoever. The rooms are quite outdated, no charger port available so had to request for a plug extension which at first they didn’t agree to give.

So room experience:
A) The curtain was unclipped and lighting was coming in, ask them to fix it and they fixed it, next day the same thing happened. 
B)AC keeps going on and off, so that is very disturbing for my sleep. Sent technicians twice and then They told me to keep it at 18 in order for it to stay on constantly. This wasn’t true, we froze in our sleep and the ac kept going on and off. AC functionality light remained all night so you won’t have a dark room. I tried to cover it. 
C) Music goes on until 12am at night so our sleep was disturbed. The windows not the club is sound proof.

Food experience:
Quite a wide range of variety and some of the food is quite tasty. 

Night before I asked if we could have a late checkout as we have to wake up early and go out and will come back in evening, as the noise from the music and ac not functioning constantly resulted in sleepless night until midnight. They said we can only accommodate until 2pm which is useless as we had to wake up so early and come back after 6pm. They said use our relaxation room.
The relaxation room is so loud with ppl shouting and watching loud tv. The hotel has no control in this regard. Also the showers had no clean towels or anyone around to provide towels. So to be frank the service was very disappointing and the hotel should have found us a suitable solution to compensated us for the noise coming from the club and the ac being left at 18 and it the functionality didn’t even work and kept going on and off.

I was wheezing in the morning from the ac.

The beach is decent.

Overall I don’t recommend Antalya, overly priced and taxis are a joke (trust me hire a car, same price or even less than a taxi)

The hotel deserves only two stars as they don’t know how to deal with customer issues and the rooms being outdated.

Noisy and outdated room (inc ac)

My wife and I stayed at Papillon Zeugma Relauxury during the last week of June. 
Check-in was smooth, and our room was very specious and gorgeous. 

We stayed at Nirvana Cosmopolitan, Kirman Sidemarin, and Seven Seas Hotel Blue before. This was by far the best experience overall. We still think that the Aqua Park, sea, and patisserie are better at Nirvana. 

Please take a look at what we have observed. 

Most important note: Every single person smiled at all times and was trying to help and serve to the best of their ability. I wanted to hug each person and help them carry something to express my gratitude.  

Secondly,  there is absolute racial and gender equality.  I loved seeing that. I have not seen it yet anywhere in the country. 

People, we work so hard to be able to go on a holiday once a year or once every 2-3 years. Humans around the world are suffering each day. The world is full of inequality and unfairness.  This was amazing to see on a human level. 
These workers made us feel at home, loved, and cared for. The passion, the care, the kindness, and respect were just incredible. Whoever is  in charge of training the staff and hiring the staff, you deserve a medal.

Please find other things we observed below:

Positives:
1. Furkan with glasses is the best cocktail artist. He can make any cocktail you wish for. 
2. Everyone speaks English. Turkish staff trying to communicate with foreign staff in English is super cute. 
3. People are very kind.
4. Guest relations outstanding. Answer and try to help, always. 
Pisi, aka fried bread pastry, was advertised  but not available for breakfast. However, upon saying this to guest relations, they made sure I had as many as I wanted the next day. Amazing. 
5. The chef making indian food for dinner is incredible. His naan and butter chicken was the best meal of the whole holiday. 
6. They were guests and workers from all parts of the world.
7. Everything is easily reachable. 
8. The snack food is fantastic with lots of options. Tantuni is my absolute favorite. The girl making them makes the best Tantuni in Turkey. 
9. Night entertainment is superb. There is something for everyone. 
10. You dont have to reserve a place on the beach or by the pool. We always found a place. 
11. Very big selection of food. There is something for everyone,  from indian, thai, to turkish cuisine. 
12. Very clean facilities. 
13. Staff is very hard working and is always trying to help you. 
14. Foreign staff is very polite and respectful. I love that.
15. Animation team Tina is great. Karina is great, too. 
16. If you want to eat eggs a certain way or the turkish menemen(aka eggs in tomato sauce), you can bring them any cheese, meat product, or anything else for them to put in it. 
17. We tried the Italian ala carte, it was fantastic. 17. 
18. Pa&Co coffee shop by the beach makes great coffee.
19. If an icebox is missing by the beach, they bring one upon request straight away.
20. Doner at the snack restaurant is fantastic. The chef makes it according to your wishes.

Negative:
1. The guy working and the relax pool doesn't know how to make cocktails. 
2. Bar code order doesn't work by the beach or relax bar. The relax bar should have someone ready to serve people around.  
3. Air conditioning could be improved in the dining hall. 
4. The shower system after sea can be improved. It's not very convenient.
5. In the patisserie and Vienn bar, the quality of coffee is not always the same. A flat white from Monday comes in a different cup and flavor on Tuesday. Same with cortados. The waitress said different people different coffee 🤔
6. They dont know how to make cold baklava.
7. Sarma, well, all same taste/filling just wrapped by different things. Why chef? 
8. Flies tend to make their way into the dining hall. It's not extreme, but it's noticable.

Things to be aware of
1. Sea wavy and not the cleanest.
2. Kids and adults jump in the pool all the time even though the sign says not allowed. The guards are just watching. 
3. It's good to go to dinner early. 
4. There is a huge variety of desserts in terms of shape and color but not flavor. It could be better, but we have seen much worse.  We always found a cake or two we liked 😊
5. The pools are shallow, just 1.40. The relaxed pool has to be adults only and at least 1.50. It's not easy to relax with many kids jumping in the water.
6. Furkan, the bartender with glasses will make every cocktail you want. The others  say no fruit for Sangria, for example. 
7. The beer house is great. It's missing some additional ventilation. All beers should be included in the concept, the imported ones especially. I was very happy, but others might not be.
8. There is no iron in the room.
9. Aqua Park is small. 
10. We dont have kids, but there were lots of families, and everyone seemed so happy. We could observe that the hotel puts families in front and center. 
11. Inflatables in both pools are allowed. However, there are signs saying they are forbidden.

Important note: Al a carte reservations restart and are made on Monday. Suggest you go to Guest Relations at 9AM sharp.

We are really grateful for a fantastic overall experience. We hope to come back here one day.

Perfect family stay

This exclusive beach hotel is located directly on the beach. Belek is about 5 kms away. There is a minibus that runs twice a day to Antalya and once a day to Side. The airport is 35 kms away. Opened in 2002, this hotel includes a total of 338 rooms. Each of them is tastefully furnished with modern amenities and Internet access. The hotel offers access to various shops, a bar, a nightclub, an auditorium, a games room, an air-conditioned main restaurant with non-smoking area, and a number of à la carte restaurants. Additionally, a conference room, a public Internet terminal, car park, playground and a kid's club are available. The hotel has two swimming pools with a children's pools, sauna, hammam and a gym. It also offers various water sports. Guests can join the aerobics and archery classes.
