Pool

Arrived here around 11pm on 6/6/24 
On arrival first impressions was good , modern and clean.
Most of the reception staff don’t speak English and some who do are very limited.

Room:
On arrival to our room staff member helped with luggage.
Once entering the room we found it basic and needing modernising.
Woke up the next day to go out on to our balcony to look at the views to find loads of bird droppings all over the floor, table and chairs.
Looking above we noticed there was a birds nest with birds in there and flying back and forth constantly throughout our stay. This stopped us using the balcony completely so couldn’t dry any wet clothes / towels or sitting out there.
These birds nests are all over the hotel (look at rooms and windows)
This was reported to reception on many occasions and it felt as if the receptionist wasn’t bothered . She kept us at reception for nearly an hour whilst waiting for the ‘manager’ to see us to find a solution for then my partner to go back an hour later to see if there was an update for them to say they was too busy and that they would contact us on WhatsApp to resolve it. 
They did not keep to their word. After 3 days back and forth reception we came to the conclusion that nothing was going to be done for us and to forget about it as it was annoying us a lot and spoilt our holiday.

Food/drinks

Good variety of food but very repetitive (we was there for 11 nights)
Always find something but end up eating the same food
Some children was getting food dropping it on floor and putting it back 
Some people pushing in the queues for food and also drinks which was annoying 
Not that much choice for British
Lots of drinks available cocktails ,soft drinks, beer , spirits etc
( Beer wasn’t the best in my opinion )
Bottled water everywhere in fridges which is great 
Ice cream all over and the patisseries serving plenty of cakes cookies waffles donuts etc etc 

Back to the main food I would 100% recommend making a reservation for the A La Carte Italian restaurant. It was 10/10 and a lot better than the all you can eat. This can be booked at guest relations next to reception.

Beach was good but very stoney (not much sand) Had a snack bar serving food ,drinks ,ice creams , water etc etc

We had photographs done with on site photographers (Ozzy) around the hotel and beach which turned out fabulous . 

Staff in restaurant and bars work very hard and are very kind and helpful. Really good with children couldn’t fault them. Amazing service 

Pools are very clean and out of our 11 night stay we only managed to not get a sunbed around the pool on one occasion so we went to the beach where there was plenty available 

Evening entertainment was hit and miss. 
Seats uncomfortable and smelt funny around there. 

Mini bar in the room got stocked around 3 or 4 times which was unacceptable.

Overall had a good holiday . Staff in bars , restaurants and cleaners were great, they work hard . weather was amazing . Wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

Good holiday , couldn’t use balcony bird droppings all over the floor table and chairs and birds nest above balcony door

During our recent family vacation at Hotel Crystal Admiral, we were truly impressed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality provided. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of activities and amenities that catered to both adults and children alike. Our kids especially loved the spacious swimming pools, fun water slides, and engaging kids' club activities. Meanwhile, my spouse and I appreciated the variety of dining options available, each offering delicious and diverse cuisine to suit every palate.

Our spacious and well-appointed room provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploration and relaxation. The stunning views of the surrounding area from our balcony added an extra touch of luxury to our experience.

Overall, our stay at Hotel Crystal Admiral was nothing short of fantastic. The attentive staff, fantastic facilities, and beautiful setting made our family vacation a memorable and rejuvenating experience. We cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel. Beach boy Fatih and guest relation manage Ayse are great!

Family feedback June 2014

Even though the facilities are okay, I wouldn't go back.
We arrived as a party of 12 yet 4 of us were put in economy rooms which were tiny boxes and as i was sharing with my son a double bed wasn't acceptable. After a really long day the manager found a family room.
The hotel is massive, 892 rooms and yes there is food and drink on tap all day, there is also nightly entertainment but there were things I didn't like.
I enquired about a Turkish bath, was 3 times more expensive than any other place I've been too. The staff hounded me up sign up which i wasn't going to do. Kept coming to my dun bed to drop the price, real hard sell. I was actually told on the last day how stupid i was not to take their offer.
The food in the main restaurant was really good but we booked the al la carte for a special birthday. Took me about 5 hours to organise a cake because no one speaks English. The customer service team on the day were great, helping with decorating but the food was abysmal. A taco salad consisted a plate of lettuce leaves, no veggie option, i didn't get dinner at all and all the desserts were raw.
The place is full of Russians who were so rude, would push in and barge to the front of queues and the staff allowed it.

Wouldn't go back

Arrived late at night to the hotel with 2 young children our room was very basic and small with a double bed and a single bed for a family of 4 this was not very ideal and one of my children had to sleep on a sofa , there was mould all over the air conditioning unit in the room , how ever we didnt let this get us down as it’s only some where to put your head down after a busy day in the pool , but then 3 days in to our holiday our daughters wanted us to go on the slides with her so we said yes and all headed over there , my self and my daughter (aged 10) got a double seated dinghy and off we went down the big red u shaped bird slide , when we come to a stop I told my daughter to get off the slide so I could get off and get our dinghy ready to go on another slide this didn’t happen though with the lack of staff on the slides and no communication anther person went down the slide which took me out knocking me to floor and becoming unconscious I managed to get back up and be knocked down again with this i lost all memory, couldn't walk and was in so much pain. I was very quickly rushed to the onsite doctor by my husband which then led to me being rushed in a ambulance to the nearest hospital for ct scans etc and left with a bill of £1000 , when we arrived back to the hotel the manger said she had cctv footage of the incident and they where in fault however they said they couldn’t give us any footage of this or give us a worried letter explaining what had happened as it’s a law in Turkey so with myself feeling really unwell we just asked for a extra pillow so I could try to get some sleep , 4 days later the pillow turned up which was nice ! 
We said the managed they all we want out of this is a warning to them that they need to staff there slides properly if it was my daughter that got hit or a smaller child then this would be a completely different story !  
I read reviews become hear saying about the tiles by the pool being slippery so I was very weary of this and would always tell my children to not run or wear pool shoes , we are home now and still having doctors appointments and feeling very unwell but is this review can stop some one being serious harmed then I’m happy with that I hope the hotel have sorted this problem like they said they where going to do after I had the fall they did sort this out for 1 day then it soon went back to its old way so  please please be so careful

Worst holiday

I was there in July 2024. The food was delicious. It is a very nice place with very friendly personnel, always ready to help you. Eray attended to us every evening. He was such a special and friendly person. He made our evenings even more beautiful.

Crystal hotel best
