This is simply the best hotel. We’ve been going for a number of years and the staff bend over backwards for you. Ever so clean. Nothing is too much trouble

When we first entered this hotel we were taken aback by how nice the hotel grounds etc are but the standard rooms are not nice at all. They are very small and it’s very noisy on an evening and you can hear everything outside the rooms , people shouting and talking all hours, kids running up and down the corridors. 

The standard room was unsuitable for us as it was advertised to fit 4 people in the room but it definitely wasn’t able to fit that many people in with a very small balcony. After complaining to reception we did finally get an upgrade to a 2 bedroom family room which was a lot better. So that did make our holiday better. These rooms were in a better location they were nice and quiet couldn’t hear anything and the view was beautiful too. The beach is a shuttle bus away and is very beautiful, I would come back but I would book the family rooms for future reference. The food etc was nice sometimes it was a bit same-ish but there’s plenty of drinks and snacks available at all times and plenty for the kids too. The animation team for the kids was amazing too. The kids club staff were very nice

Nice hotel but rooms need improving

We went June 12th - June 19th.

I can honestly say our time here was amazing! We loved it and our little girl had a great time. Our little girl has autism and is non-verbal and honestly she couldn’t have felt more comfortable, it made our decision to go to here a hundred times better. The staff fully understood when we explained to them about her and they always tried to go above and beyond to try with her.

The hotel was always clean and spotless the rooms were nice and spacious we opted for a Large Room for 3 of us.

The staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly, I want to give a special thanks to Murat who made our holiday just that bit better, always helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Every single night we went to the bar he worked at just to see him and have a drink.

Going as a family is perfect, for the kids there is loads to do, plenty of activities for both young and old, there is enough sunbeds for everyone when we went, sometimes didn’t go to the pool until 11am and always found sunbeds. The main pool is constantly in the sun so it’s just nice to jump straight into and the slides are a great addition, seems the adults had more fun haha!

There is shops on the hotel grounds so you don’t have to go for, waterpark less than a 5 minute walk to nearby restaurants and also a big strip of shops also to get all of the extras you want.

Only 2 downsides that we had and it’s being really picky, one restaurant on the hotel meant queueing for food (not long queues) and it being very busy and the kids corner in the restaurant could have done with a better selection of food for Children.

However we already decided whilst on holiday we are going back again next year and we honestly can’t wait!

An amazing holiday!

Just back from a weeks stay at Marvida. 
Had a good stay, however just a warning for anyone staying, unfortunately I had money taken from our room. When we arrived our safe said low batteries and we couldn’t get it to work. The man that showed us to our room didn’t show us how to use it when we arrived. We also called reception 3 times to get the safe fixed & no one came. So unfortunately I had left money in the bedside drawer as I assumed it would be safer there than bringing it to the pool. 
When we reported the money missing it was difficult with the language barrier. They seemed to think I was lying as they trusted the cleaner and tried to say we hadn’t phoned about the safe which was untrue. 
They completed a full room search as they thought we had “miss placed” the money ourselves. After talking with the staff 3/4 times trying to resolve it and them making me feel stupid like I had lost the money myself. I decided not to push it any further as I didn’t want to let it ruin my holiday. I was just disappointed & felt on edge the rest of the time not wanting to let the cleaners into the room for the rest of the holiday😢 
So make sure you are showed exactly how to use the safe when you arrive and make sure it’s working & don’t leave any valuables lying around!

Money taken from room

Just back from spending 10 nights at Marvida Family Eco Club and we all loved it. Very nice and clean hotel with a fantastic air conditioned reception area. Room was spacious and always cleaned every day with fresh towels and the restocking of the fridge everyday was a nice touch. Pools were amazing and grounds kept immaculate and food was good, there was only a couple of nights that we ate out as we didn’t like what was offered at the all inclusive but by far the best all inclusive I’ve had. Snack bar food was very good also. The staff were super super friendly and very interactive with us and we had a great laugh with most of them, but a special shout out to Ahmet Burak in the snack bar. Went above and beyond for us at any given moment. Loads to do for the kids and adults alike. I would return again in a heartbeat. Loved my stay. Amazing value for money. We came back with money which is a first for me personally as I usually struggle with all inclusive food. It was my Fiancées 30th birthday whilst we were out there and the hotel added some nice touches for her birthday and again Ahmet went above and beyond to provide a special cocktail for the occasion. Loved every minute and will certainly be back again. Thank you Marvida

Great value for money
