Hotel fantastic! Friendly staff, spotless all over. Jetty Bar beautiful, amazing staff who. Yayla and Hakan and all the staff are brilliant. Boats go past in the distance to a soundtrack of retro dance music. All in all a great place to unwind and relax. I'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing Holiday, amazing people!

Where do I start? Had a fabulous week at the Marmaris Palace and despite my reticence about all inclusive we returned a bit of a convert. Whilst the self service restaurants is not much fun and still feels like visiting the school/work canteen, the quality and choice was second to none and we broke it up by eating out of an evening in Icmeler and Marmaris Harbour a couple of times - both well worth the little extra. The staff were fantastic, always a smile, interesting, funny and courteous. The jetty was the best bit - although we hated having to get up and put our towels out by 8am to ensure a much needed sun brolly (it was 40 degrees+ every day). But just swimming in crystal clear sea without sand made this perfect. Recommend the all day boat trip with lunch included (£15) but onboard drinks not included and expensive (this includes water and you cannot take your own) and hire a speed boat tip for an hour (£75 for 5 of us) and see the entire Bay Area. Rooms immaculate but pretty standard. We don’t usually go back to the same place twice as the world is a big place to see but this is likely to tempt us!

4th time staying at this hotel, love the place the grounds are so pretty and we love the jetty area for sunbathing,, a few niggles but these were sorted quickly.  Would like to get a green band at our next stay as they are never given to us.  We have to give a big shout out to Zeynep, she is amazing, great service, good with all the customers and made us laugh, they should be more staff like her 😀 a lot of the staff work very hard although there are some that show no interest!  Also a big shout out to Mehmet Chan at the beach bar, bring our beers to the end of the Jetty every day, he's a great guy.  Food choices are great there is always a good choice and thd Italian Al a carte was lovely.  Can't wait to return in 2025 😎

What a fabulous holiday we have had  the food and service was 5 star.
We need to give a big shout out to Halim as he made us feel special each meal time and he is a credit to the hotel , also to the lad on icecream stall, sorry I never got your name. The staff work so hard but always have time to make a fuss of the children. thank you to you all

Excellent holiday

When I arrived at marmais palace  it was late the guys at reception seemed lovely asking was I hungry  really friendly. So was taken by golf car to my room which was quite a walk . Room very basic had a TV with only Turkish channels bed hard fridge had water a beer and 3 fizzy drink.
Woke upto ants all over the desk where coffee and tea sit. I told reception and they said they would get it sorted and they did.
I was a British woman travelling alone the bungalow which is wot they call my room was a walk for me I have mobility issues. I met with rep and waited till she was alone and told her I wanted to go home I explained the food was more for the Russians Germans and Turkish residents that the room wasn't suitable. She said she try get another room might have to wait 48hrs.
Food horrible I lived of pizza
I went to the Italian a la carte. I enjoyed it u entitled to 1 free nite I rebooked to pay it wasn't same atmosphere hadn't finished starter they  brought my mains.
I went to the hairdressers ozzys I got hair plaited nails done and a pedicure I thought they reasonable. Then day going home I got a wash and blow dry used my card to pay only wen getting home saw they had ripped me off. £40.

The hotel is dated grubby and needs to think of there customer if someone offered me a free 2 week holiday at Marmais palace I wouldn't accept
