Tha westin Goa garners a blend of feedback, with guests praising its vibrant atmosphere, complete with  thematic decor, although a few find the music overwhelming. The prime location near beaches is well-regarded, despite a rough approach.

Our stay at the Westin Goa was enjoyable. This was my first time bringing the family to Goa and I wanted to ensure a seamless experience. The hotel absolutely did not disappoint in this regard.  The room was quite spacious and overall, the property was well maintained. 

The team was professional and accommodating to our requests. Special shoutout to Chef Bisen who ensured our little one had his hot tawa paranthas made exactly like he loves them. Mr Sagar was also a real help giving us suggestions on what to do and where to go. He also assisted in our transition to the next hotel destination. Ms. Dianne was the hotels Loyalty Manager and could be seen checking and engaging with her guests in all parts of the hotel. 

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was sparkling clean. On Friday evening they have a seafood market station at the pool where you can enjoy freshly grilled fish and prawns all whilst listening to great music.  

Breakfast was scrumptious and was the highlight of our stay. There was something for every taste and the quality of food was just great. 

My only suggestion is to enhance the Kids Club both in terms of activities as well as items. Having a robust kids centric approach would really enhance the overall appeal of the property especially for adults who wish for their kids to be engaged in quality play time. I must add that they do have a kids Game Zone which is we suited for kids 7 and above. 

As a Westin which has a reputation for being a great lifestyle & fitness brand, I would also hope that the hotel will soon be making a transition to glass water bottles instead of plastic ones. 

Overall great stay and highly recommended if your travels bring you to Anjuna, Goa.

Great Stay & Amenities!

Just got back from a short trip to Goa to celebrate my wife's bday... we stayed at The Westin, Goa. The hotel has been a goto for the last few trips to Goa and for the right reasons I might add. Besides their superb location that is close to a number of popular cubs, restaurants and cafes the trip was a deja vu moment worth regard to their incredible service, staff, food and facilities. Our stay was made extra special with a room upgrade, bday decorations in the room and a delicious cake and chocolates to greet us into our room. The celebrations continued the following day at the breakfast table with a special bday pancake serving. The more I visit the hotel the more I realize they know how to make one feel special and go the extra mile to make your stay beyond great!! And that realization holds true of their room service, to the bar to the coffee shop i.e. anywhere in the hotel. A special call out to a few folks who have been instrumental in making this special for us - Sagar Rai, Dian, chef Pritam, Rohit, Abdul (at the reception), Raunaq, Prince (at the Drift bar) - thanks for everything folks!

Fabulous as always - The Westin Goa!!

At the outset let me first compliment Mr Harish Gopalakrishnan and his team for making Westin Goa enjoyable and a property to go for in North Goa for families to celebrate occasions of note.

We had booked a Pool Patio room for self and Family Studio for the kids .. very thoughtful of the staff that when they came to know the occasion of our stay they upgraded the Family Studio room to Pool Patio room…

The property is close to Anjuna & Vagator beaches (a shuttle service is available for in-house guests) and also to the local hotspots of North Goa… Cleanliness is meticulous, the rooms are spacious and modern, while the amenities, including a large pool and two excellent dining options, contribute to a luxurious experience but at the same time the washrooms within the rooms do not provide travel bathing amenities (which I feel a premium property of an outstanding hospitality brand should provide). 

The staff at front desk is well versed with their charter and are warm and attentive … staff appreciation Mr Abdul, Mr Vaibhav & Ms Muskaan…

The housekeeping services are phenomenal and they were up to mark with their work.. ensuring spick and span rooms and the the hotel premises which garners high praise… though few amenities such as bathrobes, bathing salt etc were to be sought initially but once done were made available through out our stay … staff appreciation Mr Rohit, Mr Stephen.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was sparkling clean… and due to our Pool Patio room we had direct access to the pool.

Food and drinks at The Market, Thyme & Ash Restaurants and Drift Bar … 10 on 10 for the sumptuous food preparation to Chef Ganesh Patil, Chef Raysingh Bisen and their team. Breakfast was extremely delicious and tasty and was the highlight of the day. There was something for every taste, palate and the quality of food is just great. We also dinned in at Thyme & Ash and I must admit that not only the hotpot (which Chef Vikram nailed it with the stock) even the other dishes were incredibly fresh, making the food scrumptious… We totally enjoyed our meal. Jeevan and the team ensured our anniversary dinner is made memorable. If the restaurant ambiance and interior can be updated, it would be perfect! Staff appreciation - Mr Sonu (excellent mixologist), Mr Jeevan, Ms Atoshi, Mr Aniket and Mr Munender.

Heavenly Spa was amazing and our treatments as advised by the therapist were perfect and helpful.

Mr Sagar was also a real help giving us suggestions on what to do and where to go. He and his team of front office were great. 

Overall amazing hospitality and food. Worth the money spent … we highly recommend the property . The staff makes sure the smallest of needs of guests are met.

Staff under the respective heads at various service points were super nice and attentive thus enhancing the hotel's value despite minor concerns. Loved the happy hour and the Bonvoy services.
