Good experience

My family recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent experience. We have had a very positive experience since 2018 when we first used your facility. 

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Nanditha Ashwin who made our experience from check-in to checkout so very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Jayaprakash cleaned our rooms and Trishna decorated them with her wonderful creativity. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the food in general, which added to the overall positive experience. Peter, the head chef, ensured our experience was the best. 

Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. I will definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Special mention goes to BANSAH, Debashish the Chief, and BANRISHA, who have set "the benchmark for guest treatment in Indian hospitality." Their dedication and attentiveness ensured my stay was comfortable and memorable.

The culinary experience was phenomenal, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The ambiance and the service combined to create an "unforgettable dining experience."

Home away from home in gods own country

Wonderful service... Ms. Trishna was extremely polite and sweet... My room was perfectly made up and services provided throughout day was exceptional.. Thanks to Mr. Jayprakash and ashwin too.
