Vinoth doorman, excellent and respected man who wants to help everyone around him, off course all Staff members are hard working, helpfull. What ever you thier help, they are ready to help and assist you in advance. Wowow incredible folks and very good hotel.

Good service

Overall all the hotel we stayed very nice  from the Checked-in until check out kids was enjoying at the water park and pool.i want to really mention one staff his name is vinoth(doorman) when ever we need taxi quickly arranged and always keep smiling and asking about our needs and everything is near tram, metro,jbr,marina,pharmacy, etc.. and another one Mr. khalil he always gave us water from the concierge hopefully will come back to this hotel and will recommend to others cone and stay here thankyou

All was good i liked every thing

Overall the hotel we enjoyed this location specalliy waterpark,pool etc and specially need to mention two staff from valet mr.rakesh and vinoth doorman eveytime bringing in he car with smile and asking about the stay definetly will come here to stay

Good service with good hotel

Family holiday, 2 adults, 12 year old and 9 year old. We travel often and have been to Dubai a few times now and this is certainly one of the better family hotels. We had a lovely stay here. My 9 year old son especially enjoyed the kids club and joined in playing football there every day. The club was well organised and staff were fantastic with the children.  My 12 year old daughter enjoyed the waterpark, although small it had some fun slides and passed an hour or two every day. The food was beautiful, great selection in the buffets and we particularly enjoyed our visit to Fish, a lovely experience eating outdoors in the beach. The only negative here was our room. There was an issue with our bath and our bathroom flooded each time had a shower which was very frustrating. We spoke with housekeeping who advised us that it was an ongoing issue that could not be resolved and provided us with a number of towels to mop up the flooding each day. We also reported the issue to reception but no action was taken to resolve it. On checking out we were asked if we enjoyed our stay and we mentioned the problem with the bath. The manager did apologise and as a gesture offered us Marriott points as we are gold elite members, we unfortunately did not receive any such points. Overall, I would recommend this lovely hotel for a family stay, customer service could be better in order that issues are resolved when we are paying guests.

Family holiday

What a holiday - one to remember. The hotel was just perfect - had everything we could ask for and more. I can’t tell you enough of how the staff go over and above to make your stay the most perfect possible. Honestly can’t note any faults at all. Have to make a shout out though to just some of the staff who made our stay extra special - in the restaurant managed by Arjun Upreti who was just wonderful to chat to, who made sure everything was perfect, even to asking the chef (who we didn’t get his name - but was fab!) making egg free danish pastries for my son. Being greeted every day by Roshna and served by a great team - including Mohammed, Sahabaj, Raj and Maroos. The food selection was great, with themed nights and variation. 

The rooms were always immaculate and returning to them every day was a pleasure. The concierge staff answering any questions and reception team on hand at all times. 

Thank you to the team - we will be back.

Amazing all round

This 5 star hotel is located on the coastline of Dubai and was established in 1994. It is close to the Jumeirah beach and the nearest station is Nakheel Metro Station 1. The Hotel has 4 restaurants, 4 bars, a conference room, a coffee shop, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 211 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning.
