Pool

Beautiful low-rise resort in the heart of Dubai. Location is prime and right on JBR Walk. Both pools were really good in the hotel and the beach is pristine.  The rooms are really well kept and the amenities are more than sufficient to say the least. A special mention to RajKumar in Housekeeping who went above and beyond to make our room stay very special and the staff in the Club Lounge could not do enough to cater for our needs. Breakfast was busy was always well organised and catered for. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No doubt we will be back!

Relaxing stay at the Ritz

The Good,
Excellent staff including the Front desk , Pool attendants, House keeping/turndown service who go above and beyond expectations even for a Ritz Carlton Hotel.
The Caravan restaurant for breakfast and evening meals was excellent and the Chefs and waiters were attentive and friendly . La Baie restaurant was great for a nice Steak and to watch some of the football, but Caravan was our favourite and met all our needs, people like Chef Tawfeek made our stay very special but there are too many excellent people to mention them all individually .
The Gym is not on the same scale as the likes of the Wynn in Vegas for example but has everything that you need including new technorowers which were an interesting  change from a Concept 2 , Sudesh and Indera where excellent but Tariq was a bit special, very astute with a S.African wry humour. They were all very nice and knowledgeable people to share a workout with. 
This low rise Hotel has a far better "feel" that the surrounding high rise Hotels, the rooms are spacious and high quality although now a little dated, everything was clean, well maintained and very comfortable.
The pools are excellent and the attendants and lifeguards friendly and attentive.
The OK, 
The heat made exploring Dubai difficult and swimming in the Gulf from the private Hotel Beach did not compare with swimming and snorkelling in other destinations such as the Caribbean due to water clarity/ salinity so we anticipated a better experience and preferred the excellent pools to the beach.
The bad ,
Genuinely Nothing.

Lovely Hotel with an exceptional atmosphere and excellent levels of service.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Ritz Dubai for three nights in June/24.  The physical facililties of the hotel and beautiful and spotless.  But the real gem is the service.  Everyone know our name and asked how they could make our stay special.  In particular Syam (manager of the Caravan restaurant) was awesome.  He always had a smile on his face and helped with our morning breakfast service.  On our last day we had a tight connect and had to leave only a half-hour after it opened.  He took the lead and asked for our omlette order to save time.  Fantastic!.  Also Jasmin showed us some exotic fruits we had tried and took the time to have a special plate made up so we could taste them and also explained more about how they would taste.  Finally our room attendants, Nabaraj/Keshav were fantastic.  Every time we left the room for 5 minutes, we came back to find the room organized and clean.  Wow! How nice!  When we had a request (such as more pillows), they were there in 3 minutes with our extra pillows. 

We have stayed at a lot of nice hotels around the world but the service at Ritz Dubai ranks #1 of the places we have stayed.  We will definitley be coming back.

Ritz Carlton Dubai Service is "off the charts" great!

Terrible experience with this hotel. DO NOT BOOK. I booked a room for my family and was then told that my family couldnt stay in the room even though on the marriott website it says 4 people occupancy. They waited 2 months to tell me so now  the room prices are double and they will not help me. STAY AWAY.

TERRIBLE

The pillows and bed are so comfy. Room cleaning was done very lovely and felt so clean and nice. All our shoes were lined up perfectly and everything was done with lots of thought and love which we appreciate so much. Having this done made coming into our rooms after being by the pool made it an extra special treat to come back to
All staff super friendly and went the extra mile.
