The most perfect family holiday ❤️ 2 parents and a 18 & 16 year old. From the moment we arrived at 2am we were treated like VIP’s and nothing was too much trouble. There is something for every age group. The holiday assistants Michael and Malek were amazing and on hand at all times for any questions, queries or assistance you may need. Amazing and thank you so much for looking after us and making this holiday so special and memorable. We didn’t want to leave this magical place and are already planning our next visit. Thank you and hope to see you all again soon 😄

My stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was delightful and memorable. The resort's location on Palm Jumeirah offered stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation.

The rooms were luxurious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The amenities, including the spa and swimming pools, were excellent and catered to all my needs.

The dining options were impressive, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious international and local cuisines. The breakfast buffet was particularly outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes to start the day.

The beach access was convenient, and the private stretch of sand was perfect for lounging and enjoying the sunsets. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Overall, Rixos The Palm Dubai exceeded my expectations with its beautiful setting, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service. It's the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway in Dubai.

Enjoyable Stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Rixos.  Previously we have always stayed at Jumeriah Beach/Jumeriah Dar Al Masyaf and Beit Al Bahar so this hotel had a hard act to follow.  We were blow away by the 5 bedroom suite which was perfect for the two families travelling together.   The service we received everywhere we went was first class, I could list all areas but honestly every single place was amazing.  The contact by Whatsapp by Viktoriia and Botakoz was superb and nothing was too much trouble.   It is only right that I mention a very special member of staff, Eliot, who greeted us every time with an amazing smile and remembered all our names, arriving at the hotel or heading out was always made extra special by him.   Please tell Bar 1 that they make the best Raspberry Mojito and we cannot wait to return to enjoy another.    We were worried how staying on the palm would feel but honestly we didn't find it a problem, we left every day to visit somewhere and never experienced any traffic problem or felt the journey was too far.  We look forward to returning soon.

A great hotel with amazing staff

Arriving at the Rixos was an exciting eventful experience, we were greeted like so many by the lovely Javid, and then our two lovely holiday assistants Viktoriia & Burcin. The 3 bedroom suite was huge! we were staying as a family of 6 and there was enough room for 16! the space was enormous the facilities were excellent with clean towels and linen every day and good cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms. housekeeping also topped up on all the mini fridges which were all-inclusive in the suite price. Chocolate, crisps,  fizzy drinks beer, and wine. We also had tea and coffee-making facilities in the main lounge and dining area. 
The main buffet area is quite small for the size of the resort but has adequate food and choice, we never left hungry and we enjoyed all that we ate. The three restaurants were lovely although we only used two during the evening, the Italian and the Steak house both of which were very good, the Italian being our favorite, great Pizzas! 
 During the day we used the restaurant on the beach for light snacks and a chance to get out of the heat. The staff at all of these eating areas were all very polite quick with taking orders and very extremely kind and attentive. The beverages were of top quality and we never had to wait to ask for top ups they were very forthcoming and in abundance. 
The main pool area was extremely busy with families and the swim-up bar at times was crowded with young children but that's to be expected at a family resort. 
There is an adult-only area with a pool but we chose to use the fabulous beach area which was so lovely and we hit the jackpot when we met 'Sunny' our very own fabulous staff member who for want of another word was fantastic! He never was without a smile and full of sunshine! He came along regularly with cool towels and water and we were never left wanting for anything, thank you, Sunny, for making our beach holiday the best! How you guys run about in that heat is beyond me well done to you all.
Onto the evening entertainment, we were a little bit underwhelmed with it,  but that is the only criticism, it would have been great to have a dedicated sports bar area for adults only to enjoy.  
A huge thank you to Viktoriia & Burcin for your outstanding service and attention to detail, and for making our holiday the most amazing experience yet. You both went above and beyond and we wish you all the best in your chosen careers in Rixos, they are extremely lucky to have such wonderfully talented ladies such as yourselves representing the hotel and brand. Also to Sunny, who worked tirelessly to bring us water and cold towels and supplied us with exciting cool long drinks to quench our thirst, you are a very talented young man who deserves to be recognized for your outstanding service to all on the Rixos beach.
Would we stay again - YES!
