We had an amazing 5 night stay at the W The Palm, everything  about this hotel is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to meet your needs and more. I’ve never stayed in such a large hotel with the feel of a family b and b - the staff genuinely try to get to know all guests personally and ensure you are having the best time. 
We arrived about 6am following a near 12 hour delay at Manchester airport. The drive into the hotel is fab with porters whisking our cases away whilst one brought us to the check in desk and provided us with bottles of water (temperature was already at about 38 degrees). Check in was efficient and helpful. Then we were taken to our room which was beyond our expectations. Two huge beds, sofa, huge bath tub, separate shower room, balcony overlooking the pool and across to the city. Each day it was cleaned to an immaculate standard. 
The pool area is so well deigned for the clientele they are targeting, guys around the pool are helpful and great fun. We spent most days in the Wetdeck, service was brilliant, loved the tunes especially the days with a DJ set. 
We had breakfast each morning in Liv restaurant- service was brilliant, great variety of food on offer with daily specials cooked to order. We also ate at the pool, in the Italian and had room service during our stay, every meal was spot on. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the secret bar - again service was great, different cocktail and beers on offer at each bar. 
The leaving card and drinks on our last morning was a touch of class. We will be back x

Very quick and professional, the coffee was very good, and delicious paastry! Came with my friend and really enjoyed the atmosphere.

We have just returned from a very special holiday at the W Dubai Palm and we were really impressed by the standards and the welcoming staff who go out of their way to ensure you are having the best holiday experience in Dubai (our first time).
Special thanks to a whole host of staff who made our Silver wedding anniversary holiday, one to remember.  
Our servers in LIV for breakfast and dinner were amazing and an asset to the hotel.  
Prateek, Makhabaat, Sakshi, Bharat, Amgad and Yusif - thank you 🙏 ❤️.  All food was excellent and lots of choice.  
The wet deck and pool teams ready to keep us hydrated were great fun (it was soooo hot 🥵).  Particular recognition to Gabby, Philbert and Sahid.  Were missing you already.❤️👌
From our upgraded room on arrival to a splendid room, celebratory cake, Prosecco, balloons, home made sweets, a bottle of Wine we enjoyed all of the treats over our 12 night stay.  Thank you Rita and the cleaning team for the best experience and last but not least Gino - you all made for an extra special, amazing holiday and we certainly hope to be back soon. W for WOW

I cannot express what an absolute amazing time we had here at the W, The Palm.

Kripesh, Catherine, Bahral, Makhabaal and Sakshi went above and beyond. I have specific dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff to accommodate this, including Chef. 

Every member of staff is polite and will go out of their way to be helpful.

We will miss each and everyone of them and we are already looking forward to our next visit here.
