Pool

We went as a couple and stayed four nights.  We had beautiful weather the whole time with an amazing view of the Caribbean Ocean from our clean and modern room.  Housekeeping comes twice a day but never too early. Room key is digital from your phone-super easy! The beach was clean and the sand was soft and perfect to walk on.  The staff was kind and accommodating.  The rooftop pool was fun.  We enjoyed the catamaran to Isla Mujeres, dinner at Spumante and Silk City, as well as rooftop sushi. The fire show was nice, but there could be more nighttime entertainment.  The pillows were very big and too high for my taste and not all of the jets worked at the hydrotherapy area in the spa.  Some guests were underdressed and loud at the restaurants, which I felt took away from the ambience of luxury and relaxation.

Nice resort

What a wonderful experience! From the exceptional customer service, to the fun activities, breathtaking views, and clean amenities all around.  Let’s not forget the delicious meals, and bottomless drinks. My friends and I had the best time. There are some staff that were just a bit extra exceptional. :) If you go, be sure to seek out these folks. 
By the pool you will find Monty in charge of the activities. What great energy! Her enthusiasm and smile motivated you to Zumba, take a Spanish lesson, or aqua aerobics. Need a drink instead? Carlos was always there with a smile and ready to deliver pool side. Consistently checked in and made sure our drinks were never empty. If you prefer to walk up to the bar, Juan is your guy! Friendly, respectful, and always willing to recommend drinks if you were unsure what to get. Finally, if you’re ready for a meal, Lupita & Rafael are at Spoon ready to make sure you have a pleasant experience. 

I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The place is great - the people even better.

This resort is much smaller than Montego Bay but it got the job done. My ac didn’t work properly the entire stay and they were booked so we couldn’t be transferred to another room. They offered a $30 spa credit for the inconvenience. THIRTY DOLLARS! What a slap in the face. We paid thousands for a room that didn’t have a properly working ac! 

Subpar

Me and my wife had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff, food, and entertainment were Outstanding! We were so very please with our stay here and highly recommend it. If you want full service this resort is Exactly the place.
