Services provided by the people here are unmatched. Everyone are very welcoming and accommodating, especially our waiter, JONATHANat worlds cafe, and Antonio at the lobby bar. Lovely place, lovely people, tasty foods. 10/10 experience.

Natura is the best resort in Cancún.

This hotel doesn’t meet brand expectations. The service level was terrible. My children were told to sit at a dirty table at the buffet, we were given a drink with a wrapper in it and had terrible housekeeping services. This is supposed to be a family resort yet the behavior of adults was ridiculous, inappropriate clothing, hats with improper language and not a single staff member correcting behaviors ( all in the family areas). UVC didn’t even care to ask me how my stay was upon checkout. Really disappointed! 

Worst Dreams Stay yet!

Dreams Natura was such an amazing experience! Beautiful place! The staff is so welcoming and friendly! We had an especially lovely evening at their French restaurant! Daniel Uribe, Gabriela, and Alejandro were so amazing! Such a delicious meal! Lots of laughs along with great service! 

My favorite activity was the water aerobics with Sergio! Such a fun experience!! I looked forward to a great dance/workout experience with him every day!

Bordeaux Restaurant (Gabriel)

I recently attended a wedding at Dreams Natura. I read the reviews before arriving and I am shocked at how good the reviews were. 

The good.....If you are thinking of a destination wedding this place was on point. It kind of seems like that is the specialty. The wedding I attended was absolutely beautiful and seemed to go without any issues. It was well organized and the coordination was flawless. If you are booking through the wedding party please note that they do not guarantee the beds only the room category. We had an issue with not getting queen beds and basically they said that is something they do not guarantee and we would need to check with the coordinator with Hotel Maven. Other than that all wedding coordination was great.  
The staff was fantastic throughout the resort and were very attentive to our needs. 

The just ok...the rooms. The rooms were your typical resort room. Nothing too much to complain about there.

The bad...the food. The food was not good. There was a lack of flavor and seasoning. The only restaurant that was all around good was the Asian restaurant.  Everything else was very hit or miss. It was very disappointing.

The entertainment was lacking. Other than the events planned for the wedding there was really not much to do. 

If you are looking for a quaint quiet place and you are not worried about your food selection this place is for you.
