My daughter and I travelled to Cancun with her best friend and her mother to celebrate the girls’ high school graduation, and we had an unforgettable experience at FACC.  The resort is beautiful and well kept, the staff is gracious and helpful, and the atmosphere is upbeat and fun. Although all staff members we encountered were friendly and provided excellent service, there are four young men in particular who stood out during our stay and are a very positive reflection of your resort: Esteban, Andrew, Daniel, and Armando. Not only did they create a positive, fun atmosphere poolside and during activities like cooking class, karaoke and evening shows, but when we encountered them offsite at a local nightclub they were just as engaged, helpful, and kind. They made us feel like very special guests and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time. I was especially impressed that Andrew walked us to the bus stop when we were ready to head back late at night and waited with us to ensure we were safely on the correct bus before he headed home. Additionally, Esteban made a point of finding us before we left on our final day so he could say goodbye and give the girls a parting gift. Our stay exceeded all expectations and provided us with many wonderful memories. Thank you.

Unforgettable Mother/Daughter Vacation

We did two nights at Fitzroy PP, the Friday and Saturday of the Canada Day long weekend. The park was mostly full and a little on the loud side, naturally, but our site (112) was large and private, on the far end of the Pine Grove campground with a meadow behind us. It rained overnight Friday until late Saturday afternoon, and our only complaint about our site was that there were almost no trees to tie into for shelter tarps. We made it work though. 

The day use beach is okay - seagulls everywhere and not super scenic or special, but aboveboard. It's not really within walkable distance from Pine Grove, with kids in tow anyways. The camper's beach is small, very shallow, and located at the far end of the Two Rivers campground - again, a  long walk from Pine Grove, but there's also no parking down at that beach, so unless you're staying in Two Rivers, the camper's beach isn't going to be very accessible for you. 

Park staff was super nice, even/especially the ranger who pulled us over for going 28 in a 20 zone! We just got a warning, but they mean business with those speed limits, fyi. 
Park store is small but well-located. The Carp River trail is short, easy and was a good way to kill an hour! Comfort stations were clean (vault toilets not so much). 

Pro tip - Harbour Pizza in Fitzroy Harbour will deliver to your campsite! Camping cooking's fun and all, but a delivery pizza and poutine at 7pm one night was a great 
break and such a novelty. 

Overall, a nice park! Will likely return. :)

Vacation at Fiesta Americana Condesa

Paola made our trip special with her Crepe skills and exceptional service! The beach was wonderful and the food had good options. We stayed 7 days and enjoyed the whole experience from beginning to end. A big thanks to the whole staff for the memories!

7 day family vacation

We returned to Fiesta Americana Condesa for the second year in a row, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. While the pristine beaches, incredible pools with swim-up bars, abundant activities, and diverse dining options are all fantastic, what truly sets this resort apart is its outstanding staff.

The service here transformed our trip into the best vacation our family has ever experienced. After 20 years of visiting all-inclusive resorts, Fiesta Americana Condesa's team has provided a level of service that stands head and shoulders above the rest.

Our journey began at the pool with our servers Miguel, Eligio, and Oscar. They not only remembered our names but also our favorite drinks and meals from the day we arrived. It felt like we didn’t even need to place our order; our drinks were already on their way as we took the last sip. Their service was simply phenomenal. Alberto was the bartender at the poolside bar making these answer drinks!

The entertainment team, featuring Andrew, Esteban, and Daniel, was another highlight. They kept the energy high and engaged everyone in various activities. Their enthusiasm encouraged even the most hesitant guests to join in and have fun – myself included. My kids loved the dancing, morning guessing games, surfing game, Song games and aerobics classes. There was always something happening to keep us entertained!

In the evenings, the inside bar staff, including bartenders Samuel, Esteban, and server Romina, continued to impress. They crafted amazing drinks, some of which were completely new to us. Romina, in particular, remembered our drink preferences from night to night and ensured our glasses were never empty.

The dedication and friendliness of everyone at Fiesta Americana Condesa made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return next year!
