Have been trying all week to change reservation after arriving at airport and discovering one of our passports was expired.

Now have passport, hotel management insists you email to reservations.hrc@havenresorts.com and noone responds to email.

Our 25th anniversary is ruined, this trip was several thousand dollars and we can't make any progress on rescheduling.

Please don't book here, ironically we chose this from all resorts in Cancun because customer service was supposed to be amazing!

Lost several thousand dollars!

Service was amazing our server Rafael Satsu was so sweet and made great suggestions! Everyone at the resort is so nice and always super helpful. Food, drinks, service and activities are top notch. Favorite drink was the avocado margarita!!

My college aged daughters and I love this modern resort - amazing service, clean, excellent drinks and solid food options. Definitely upgrade to the serenity club level for the best service, amenities and rooms. We had the swim up suite and it was very large and well-appointed. The staff was all lovely and the spa was heavenly. Nobody comes to an all inclusive in Cancun for the food but this was actually way better than expected. Entertainment was great and pools were excellent. The beach is clean with tons of beds and plush towels - water in this part of Cancun is not the best - not the fault of this hotel - it’s just that other areas have bluer water. My only recommendations here are that a mobile app would be very helpful for guests to find things, know about daily events and see current charges in your room. Also I would request more lunch and snack options. We ate are a good breakfast daily and made earlier dinner reservations but when we did try to find lunch, there were not a lot of choices. Again I can’t say enough about the staff and we would love to come back!

Love the service❤️ Jorge R and Arturo at restaurant Favors gave us an excellent experience.  Food is delicious and really enjoyed the pool.  Eli is an awesome waiter in the pool area. Sylvia our room cleaning lady was super friendly.  We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you 🙏

Great experience

I have no negatives about this hotel at all. The room was beautiful, the bed really comfortable and the maids were amazing. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of. The choice of restaurants was fab and the food was first class. Definitely five star.
