We have been going to Palace Resorts for 3-4 weeks a year since 2014. Moon Palace (Sunrise, Nizuc and The Grand) have always been our favorites, but LeBlanc Cancun has now become the favorite. From the time of checking in with our concierges, Ingrid Paxtain (who is exceptional and a great asset to Palace staff) and Jose Luis (who always took care of questions when Ingrid was off), to the amazing room and being taken care of by the 2 butlers, Rosa & Jose (who went above & beyond for us and any requests that we had, to the amazing staff that we came in contact with at this resort. Greeted also by our server in the Lobby Bar, Anjelica, and she greeted us everyday with a smile and always wanted to know if we needed anything. Edgar & Ivan at the Pool Bar and Lobby Bar are excellent and provided some of the best service we've ever had. The jewelry personel were very nice and took time to show us any and all jewelry we were interested in. Axel (used to work at The Grand) really helped us out with jewelry choices. Even sized a bracelet for easy pick up the next day. Lizandro, waiter at the Terrace, always made sure the hottest of salsas and sauces were brought to our table. Geraldo, our driver upon pick up and the return trip at the airport was very courteous and always had cold beverages available for the ride. Can't say enough about this resort and staff, except for the fact that we will be back!

One Great Week at LeBlanc Cancun

My wife just returned, literally, from Le Blanc, Cancun, where we celebrated our 10th Anniversary. 
     I cannot state enough, how impressed We were by the level of service and attentiveness by the staff.  ALL OF THEM. And I have to state that the weather was not great, at all.  Sporadic patches where it didn't rain but, overall, we had a wonderful time.
The food was extremely good.  Everything we had was an enjoyable, pallet experience with impeccable service.   Truly impressive. 
Juan and Renee (I know I'm butchering his name and I regret it) were the ABSOLUTE  Best, in every way and would greet us by name every time he saw us. Fantastic people. 
I could go on and on about this place, but I WILl leave you with this little tid bit of information that you probably won't get anywhere else.... BY FAR the best toilet paper of any resort, hotel OR B&B, EVER!

Our Anniversary at Le Blanc 2024.

My husband and I spent the best 4 nights at the Le Blanc Cancun.  This is the first vacation that we did not leave the hotel grounds once.  Between the classes offered by the hotel, the delicious food, and the gorgeous ocean, we felt no need to go anywhere else.  The hotel grounds and facilities were extremely clean and welcoming. The service and food were impeccable. The rooms are large with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. 

 I also want to give a special thank you to Ms. Leslie Velez, General Manager, as she went way beyond to help us to make sure we had the best experience possible.  We are planning to return to paradise as soon as we can.  Thank you, Ms. Velez!

PARADISE WITH THE BEST FOOD AND SERVICES

Very relaxing vacation.  We were pampered and spoiled all week! Came here for hubby's birthday and had an amazing time. Patricia was our concierge and took very good care of us. Miguel at the steakhouse did a phenomenal birthday dinner experience.  The spa was amazing.  We did hydrotherapy every day.

The service at Le Blanc Cancún was impeccable. The butlers on our 7th floor were amazing. Saul was very polite and kind. 
The waiters at the buffet, Manuel, Daniel and Jose were so great. They were so friendly, made our vacation fantastic. 
Thalia the concierge was wonderful and accommodating.
