This is my fourth time staying at Live Aqua, there is a gradual drop in service and food quality, the main issue is the lack of hospitality attitude, everyone dose his job but they don’t go the extra mile as they use to , the service provided does not come with any appreciation or a smile , doesn’t matter how big or small the tip is , for the amount of money paid guests should get that extra service otherwise they are an average hotel in Cancun
My butlers Luis and Arturo were the exception, they were prompt and professional and on top of things , they made the stay tolerable

Azur is by far the best Restaurant in the Live Aqua resort. The passion and love for what they do is on full display in the high-class food they serve and the extraordinary customer service they provide. I’ve never met such a joyful team within a restaurant. They’re so amazing that I want to briefly mention each new friend we made!

Russel and Bernie were our primary waiters. They were so professional and personable. Russell really made us feel like family and gave us an amazing flambé experience. Bernie was so kind and fun to talk to throughout the meal. Moises the Chef is amazing. He has true talent and shows precision in every dish he creates. Speaking of talent, the waiter Rueben has excellent chocolate art skills. He created such beautiful scenes on our desserts. Omar the floor manager was extremely helpful and kind. Consistently checked on how our experience was. Armando Badal, the manager welcomed us in and was extremely happy to make our experience top-tier!

They are the place to be for celebrations! If you mention what you’re celebrating, they will go above an beyond to make you feel loved and special. 

The entire resort is beyond words, but the staff of Azur, their delicious food, and the memories they gave us really made our trip the best.

We’ll be back again!!!

This was our 4th visit to Live Aqua and we will return again and again. The whole place is so well maintained, the food is better than I’ve had at any other all-inclusive, and the service is out of this world. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and willing to bend over backwards for the guests. I truly can’t say enough about the staff. They’ve got it down to an art here and we can’t wait for our next visit!

Outstanding

Jesus was outstanding.  He help out with the many questions we had about the menu. Very knowledgeable young man. When we return,  we will asked for him personally!  The wife and I enjoyed the special detail when he brought us desser for our anniversary! Thank you , Jesus!

My group and I had a great stay and were very pleased by the great customer service. We loved how Porfis remembered our names and made us the best hot dogs!
