I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for an all-inclusive hotel. 

The food and the service all of the waiter is great in Hana Restaurant.  Shout out to Enrique. 

Whoever is running the Housekeeping Department is doing a great job for not missing any days of cleaning.  My partner and I will go to our room always looking new. 

All front desk agents are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jorge and Pablo in the concierge.  

The entertainers are very friendly. Shout out to Angel. 

Last but the not the least, their doormen will always open the door for you. A simple gesture but they never miss opening the door for me.

Good vacation spot so far. KEEP IT UP!

the rooms are very clean, the pool is lovely, the bar service is awesome, the breakfast buffet is incredible, I had a very nice ocean view room. Upon arrival I was received with a tray of fruit and cheese along with a bottle of wine. We were celebrating a special occasion. The check in in was easy and.

I have been in cancun several times, the hotel is right by the beach and the service is great very afordable.

This hotel does not honor benefits for Platinum Elite guests. I requested a suite upgrade over chat on the Bonvoy app before arrival and they stated they will provide it if available during check in. When I arrived to check in, requested the front desk for a suite upgrade and they stated suites were unavailable. Person next to me made the same request and showed them on the website and app that suites were available, so the front desk supervisor upgraded him to an Executive Suite. I looked up their website and app and both were showing suites were still available (screenshots attached). I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they lied again saying that all suites were sold out. Extremely disappointed by the dishonesty. If they don’t want to honor the Bonvoy Platinum Elite benefits, they should just admit it and notify guests accordingly.

On a separate note, lunch options are extremely limited and food quality is really bad. Juices and drinks are not fresh and loaded with sugar -
way too sweet and lacking flavor.

Front Desk Lied Repeatedly

We stayed at the Marriott Cancún-An All Inclusive Resort for our honeymoon, and we had an incredible time. The resort itself is beautiful, with an incredible staff who constantly works to ensure that the guests are catered to and happy. When we arrived, we were joyfully greeted by the door attendants who carried our bags and led us to check in. One specific door attendant, Guilman, was there every single day and always was happy to see us. He even stopped to have a conversation with us the night before we left, because he wanted to make sure that he said goodbye to us. Seeing his smiling face at the door each day made us feel so happy and appreciated. Throughout the entirety of our stay, every employee that we encountered was helpful and kind. The rooms are beautiful. Each room is open, clean, and organized, with a balcony and a beautiful view. The pools are amazing, as are the restaurants on the resort. Each day, we were happy to see some of our favorite employees hosting various fun activities, such as aqua blackjack, tabata, and water basketball. Francisco (Paco), Mikel, and Ricardo were amazing at getting people involved with various activities and making sure everyone had a great time. The resort also has an incredible staff of bartenders and servers. Each day, we were happy to see Julio, Santiago, and Erick working in the Great Room lobby bar. They were always happy to serve us, and they made some incredibly tasty drinks! They were also very helpful when we were deciding what to get. At Casa Madre, we were served delicious food and drinks with amazing service. We enjoyed chatting with Jorge at the bar. We also had some incredible service from Juan, Alejandro, and Daniel. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a very special time. Daniel provided us with an incredible honeymoon celebration dinner, where he served us special drinks and appetizers, as well as the best entrees that the restaurant offered. He also finished our meal by bringing us a special dessert that was decorated with “Happy Honeymoon” written in chocolate sauce, and the most delicious homemade cappuccinos we have ever had. We also had delicious food at Ono Izakaya hibachi, which was served by Alexander. He made our evening so fun, and the food he made was amazing! One of our favorite things to do each day was karaoke, which Mikel hosted in Press Start. When we were there each night, Siddhartha served us with a smile and an incredibly joyful and helpful attitude. We were also served some incredible drinks by Daniel at the pool bar, where we spent a lot of our afternoons. The time spent in the pool with our friends helped us to have a picture perfect vacation. We would recommend The Marriott Cancún resort to anyone who wants to have a vacation that is full of fun, and anyone who wants to make unforgettable memories! It is a beautiful resort with such a wonderful staff.

Honeymoon in Paradise!

We just returned from our 7 day vacation to the Marriott Cancun and had a wonderful time. The resort is compact, easy to navigate and has absolutely everything you may need. The staff go out of their way to ensure that you have everything you need to have an enjoyable time. Shoutout to  Leo and the Casa Madre team starting our day with a wonderful breakfast, Elio by the pool, who not only checked in on us but also after just a couple of days knew our order and provided amazing suggestions. We had a few rainy days and the entertainment staff went well out of their way to ensure that there were activities and options for families and adults alike to enjoy. We also cannot say enough good things about the Kids Camp staff, who got to know our daughter (age 2) and made an extra effort to include her in the engaging activities, crafts and options they have carefully planned and prepared for the littlest guests. Finally, the food at this resort was absolutely remarkable, from fresh poke and ceviche by the pool, to amazing sushi and mexican cuisine for dinner. Highly recommend this resort, the hardest part will be explaining to your toddler why you have to go back home.

Relaxing vacation at Marriott Cancun

The magnificent complex is located in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone. The rooms enjoy views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, or the Nichupté Lagoon. The lively tourist centre with its many shopping venues, restaurants and bars are to be found just a few minutes' drive away. Cancún International Airport is 16 km from the establishment.
