I am very pleased with my experience. The food was excellent, the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was outstanding. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Good trip

Dough a great stay the price is a great deal the property was always clean the staff is friendly professional and very accommodating there is options to do excursions from the hotel it’s an easy drive without gps from the airport to the property and to local events we felt safe respected and really enjoyed the entire stay we will be returning for sure to the hotel and trying other locations they even had a surprise for us since we came to celebrate. The Wi-Fi worked without and issue it was free kayaking the afternoon and nightly events  was fun strong drinks at the bars especially the lobby bar I have not one complaint it rained the first day and the staff walked us to each section of the hotel and provided. The staff does an amazing job. Book the hotel the price you spend is a value deal for a gem of an experience the negative things u read doesn’t match our experience

Lovely staff nice location, entertainment very poor, food was good but Luke warm all the time cleanliness was great lobby not many seating for guest

Amazing service from Juanita and Sandra  at the lobby bar, we never wanted for anything they literally made our holiday.  

Staff were so friendly, restaurant food was lovely. small hotel I am sure compared to other all inclusive’s in Cancun but we wanted for nothing.   We always managed to get a sun bed on either the beach or by the pool

Enjoyed every minute

Juanita and Sandra provided amazing service all holiday - lovely people always willing to help and have a good laugh. All bar and restaurant were also lovely but they were the stand outs. 

Small hotel and could do with some extra places to sit but we managed fine to find a spot every time. Gets crowded in the lobby when it’s raining and there are new arrivals. 

Overall great experience and the beach and pool were brilliant, along with the constant cleanliness from the cleaners. Cleaners also fill the fridge everyday which is brilliant.

The Mediterranean style beachfront hotel Barceló Costa Cancún enjoys a fantastic setting directly on the beautiful Playa Linda beach, with views to the eternal blue of the Caribbean Sea. It features 4 restaurants, a lovely pool landscape, a fitness centre and a spa area. Golf courses, shopping centres and nightlife are within easy reach; Cancún International Airport is within a 20 minutes drive.
