Excellent service with Pedro at Seasons restaurant in Sandos. Food was good and attention to details by all the servers.  I had the  shrimp bisque soup and the new-York steak. Everything was could has it should be. I recommand that place if you get a chance.

Worth every penny

I visited Sandos Cancun for a bachelorette and we had the BEST time!!! The rooms were big and clean and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the great service and wonderful space to eat, drink, and celebrate. The concierge, Jessica, was a great help in organizing a surprise room setup for our Bride to be!
Our first day at the resort, Eleazar hooked us up with a great massage deal. It was complete with a facial and a champagne and dessert celebration at the end of our services. All the therapists were incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed the steam, sauna, and hot and cold tubs before our services. Teresa and Litzi were fantastic!
We ate at all the restaurants on site and enjoyed the hibachi grill for the fun, interactive dinner experience. The buffet was also a nice breakfast choice, and super Freddy was a great waiter. Our absolutely favorite meal was at Frattini's with Daniel! The food, drinks, and service were impeccable!! We all ordered so much food and cleared off every single plate. Highly recommend dining at Frattini's.
Throughout our stay we also enjoyed the fun entertainment options during the day and well into the night. Dany, Danna, and Abrajam were so much fun!!!! They made the rainy days fun indoors and kept the party going on the sunny days out by the pool. We also enjoyed the night time entertainment option so we could stay on site for a fun night of drinks and dancing.
While our stay was mostly accompanied by rain we did enjoy a fun pool day and Casanova kept the drinks and good vibes flowing. The variety of pool and beach lounge options were wonderful.
Overall we had a fantastic time at Sandos Cancun and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time with great food, drinks, and people!!

Fantastic All-Inclusive Experience

Staff and amenities were great — even with the weather not being the best, we had plenty of fun. The front desk staff was fantastic, especially on check out day. I worked directly with Edgar and Leslie and they made sure were well taken care of with our transportation!

Check  in  was  easy. Our  room  was ready  on arrival. Edgar,  Leslie and Shabelys  were  helpful  on  our arrival. They had a rainy day  program  going for all  the guests  as the weather was not perfect.  Hotel  was  clean   and fun.  Everyone was very helpful and informative. Easy to book in the restaurant for dinner.

Andrea was so  nice and  attentive.  Excellent service everyone I dined in her section. The buffet food  was very delicious a variety of selections for everyone. Vegetarian options , breads , meats. All tastelful. Thank you  Sandos for making my dining experience remarkable.
