Amazing service especially from Orlando in the bar at the lobby. He is great at his job and very amicable. An amazing example is he will memorize your drink of choice and prepare it for you without having to ask. I am adding a picture for an example of his amazing work.

Vacation

Ada was one of the best waitresses at the resort! She knew us by name and anticipated our drink needs. Very friendly and personable! If you go to this resort request her by name and she will make your experience there great! We really appreciate her hospitality

We absolutely loved Ada she was the best waitress and took such good care of us. The second she saw us she already knew what we ordered and liked. She kept the drinks coming. We couldnt be happier with her. She was personable wish there were more Ada's.

Ulysses and Francisco were the best!! Both made my daughter and myself feel comfortable and at home!! 

Mother daughter trip

The staff was wonderful. The food and drinks were not at all as what I expected from a resort. Drinks were weak and the food was just ok. The Sushi & dinner at DaVinci was the only places I would recommend eating and the others were just mediocre. I thought we would have more seafood options, but this wasn't the case here. 

We had a couple in the next room that spoke loudly and would wake us up in the middle of the night or too early in the morning. It was the last 2 days we were there. Not much soundproof, you can also hear people talking in the hallways as they walked by the room.
