General view

Lovely hotel but we stayed on the noisy side.  The upgrade to a suite was double the price so we didn’t upgrade.  Everything else was wonderful.  We stayed for 3 nights and rented a car so we were not in the area too much but nice that it does offer amenities & access to the beach (but it’s very small and limited chairs) and secure parking.  
Very professional and friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping.

3 nights in playa de Carmen

Everything about our stay at colibri beach hotel was perfect. The room was great, the location was amazing and relative to all the spots we wanted to see and the service was extremely impressive. Particular thanks to Hector who was able to organise very swiftly the tour we wanted to do across to Cozumel island and give his very lovely dining recommendations. The complimentary breakfast was also great in the attached lido beach club. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Outstanding hotel!

Great place to stay. Very nice hotel on the beach. Large and comfortable room. 
The breakfast was really good and being directly on the beach was very much enjoyed. Beautiful views. Great value for money, close but quieter location to 5th Avenue.

Wonderful

The hotel is very nicely located in the center of playa del carmen where you have good connections for tours and ferry to visit things around the city. Its personnel is kind and professional making our staying very comfortable. Food is nicely taken care of from breakfast to dinner and direct acess to the beach is definitely a plus.

Best place to stay in Playa del Carmen the team Hector especially Alma and Karina  are amazing very welcoming, helpful and all the hotel team and the bar are absolutely fantastic!
Thanks for making Mexico and playa del Carmen a good place to visit!
