This report in Cancun though not on the beach it’s a fabulous one. Specially if you are having a vacation with family and friends. They have wonderful pools and many of them, excellent water park for kids and most importantly very nice restaurants. Food is great and you will definitely gain some weight. Evening has some fun activities too.

Fabulous time with family with all inclusive food and fun

We vacationed at Ocean Riviera Paradise from 6th - 20th June 2024, marking our third visit to this incredible resort. Once again, it did not disappoint! We were thrilled to see a number of new improvements since our last visit in May 2023. The addition of the new gaming arcade, splatter, lazertag, and escape room is a fantastic upgrade from the old casino that previously occupied that space. These new attractions added a fun and exciting element to our stay.

Miriam Reveles at reception: Our lovely friend who always goes above and beyond to make our stays extra special.
Tatiana at reception: Assisted in sorting out a room issue swiftly and efficiently.
Jesus at the Blue Moon breakfast: Always on point with his service and served us with a smile.
Diego at the Blue Moon breakfast: Provided excellent service alongside Jesus.
Alaindra, our chamber maid on Beso 1st floor/swim up section: Her repertoire of towel animals knew no bounds and delighted us each day with her creative and charming creations.
Adnel at Route 66: A phenomenal waiter who made our dining experience unforgettable.
The Ocean Riviera Paradise continues to impress us with its commitment to enhancing guest experiences. We can't wait to return and see what new surprises await us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation!

Another Fantastic Stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise

The service at the bars was really good the workers were funny and I had a great time the beds were okay but nothing to worry about but there is a worker at the lobby bar he goes by Asunción he needs a raise he was so happy and fun every-time I went there overall 10/10 experience

It’s was really fun the pool activity’s were good the bar tenders were good and the hotel rooms were really nice

We stayed at the Ocean Riviera Paradise for a week. The waitress we had in the main lobby, Sandra, was AMAZING!! She was so attentive and always greeted us with a smile. We never had to wait for our next drink because she always made sure that we were taken care of. This resort is lucky to have her and getting great service from her will be a prime reason that we return. Guillermo was great also but we had Sandra most of the time and I can’t stress enough how AWESOME she was!

Asunción is the best bartender. Our dolphin excursion was canceled for no fault of our own and he made the world of a difference. He found my nephew who was extremely upset about not swimming with the dolphins his favorite chips, Takas! Luv ya

It's the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful environment for relaxing as a couple or having a good time with friends.

The Ocean Riviera Paradise is a new five-star resort located in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya. Guests staying in the El Beso Adults Only area can enjoy the rest of the resort's facilities and services: a wide range of dining options with themed restaurants and bars, the Despacio Spa Centre, sports area and diving centre among other services.

Resort area recommended for guests aged 18 and over and with exclusive access for El Beso clients.
