Perfecto!!!  
ThE Hilton Tulum is a beautiful resort with all the amenities and the best activities/entertainment!  My 4th visit to this gorgeous place!  I loved every moment from my seamlEss check in to the daily activities and delicious restaurants!  The environment and restuarants are all stellar but is is the kind helpful staff that truly make The experience even more relaxing and enjoyable!  There are activities daily from 7:20am into the early evening and that's just the adults!!!  Something for everyone!!!  You don't want to miss this resort!  I ll e back November 2024!!! : )   This is my THIRD solo trip and I always feel very safe and well taken cared of : )

Perfection

We had a lovely family vacation here and definitely will return!

It rained every day of our week long stay and we still had a blast, if that tells you anything. 

All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating, right from check-in until check-out. 
The food options were wide and we enjoyed trying each of the restaurants. My favorite was Maxal and my husband's was Auma Steakhouse. Noriku was amazing, both the regular menu and the teppanyaki experience. 

Cannot say enough good things about the Kids Club - our 5yo and 6yo asked when they could go every day! Face painting, crafts, games... They loved it all. Maggie, Abril, Yaros, Franco, Giselle, Jessica, Emma, Angel and Roberto - you were wonderful!

We went for a family trip (15 people including 2 under 12).  The hotel is getting a mixed review from me for a few reasons: 
1 - They do not pay attention to the allergies at the table.  They ask but its as if they do it to check a box.  Since we are big party we were not allowed to order off the menu but they served us family style - so up to the chef.  We are fine with that as long as they take into consideration our preferences - Tree Nut allergies and some with restricted diets.  They did not - they served us dishes with nuts leaving the person with the allergy without an option and when they brought one with no nuts - it clearly had traces of it as she had an allergic reaction.  My husband who eats only chicken or vegetables had to wait till the end of the meal one night when they brought out a vegetable dish.  (Just not thoughtful).  Note that we had no issues with other resorts in the past with large parties.

2 - The staff is hit or miss - but i think it is because they are spread so thin.  The hotel is very far from where most people live so they seem to have trouble with staffing it properly.

3. Food was okay - not the best selection especially if travelling with little ones - there is no kids section at the buffet and good luck finding chicken of any sort.

4. Beach is horrible - small, rocky and I think man made.

The rooms are far from the main building - so be prepared to walk or wait for the shuttle which usually filled up from Building 6 and 5 on the way back to the lobby

The rooms themselves were nice - we had none of the issues with mold and condensation that others mentioned.  I would remind folks that the rooms are really cold and outside is really hot and humid - condensations on doors will happen and mold will happen over time.

Even a Hilton Reward members, we would not stay here again.  The people made this trip for us not the hotel.

Not Amazing and not Horrible

A great hotel with excellent service. We were in the Enclave and had Enrique and Sebastian as our personal butlers. They were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. If you are lucky, you might have Karinci serve you at the pool. She was the best. Super attentive and friendly. Thank you all for making it a wonderful vacation.

Currently at the resort. I just checked in , I spent the past 4 days at the Marriott Cancun All Inclusive and I have to say that Hilton Tulum is very disappointing, Marriott Cancun All Inclusive was prompt with its service , and I didn’t see guest wondering around the property looking for staff to answer questions . At the Hilton Tulum , I checked in my room was dirty , the pool didn’t have towels , there was zero staff working the pool , and it good is subpar - I’m
