This is my second time stay at aryaduta really happy to  stay there.friendly staff wonderful services .room dinein also very delicious 😋 😍 will come and stay here again we feel very convinien and safe. A link to  lippo mall easy ecess to shopping mall.staff are warm welcoming 🙏 environment of hotel is very pleasant 😊.

Great hotel

All the staff at the reception counter are very hospitable kind and excellent. And made our stay comfortable and memorable. In particular we must mention Nilam was very courteous through our our stay our big thankyou to her. The breakft is very delicious

Excellent service

All the services are very good. My room was upgraded 3level without any cost. The view of my room is very beautiful n clean. The bathroom is very big n clean. Lunch is good bur rather far from my room. But for all i give 9.5. The pool is beautiful n clean

The ambience of the hotel, the hospitality of service, the kindness of the staff, the comfortable and spacious room in every aspect amazed me and my family, the rooftop swimming pool and restaurant gave us another level of enjoyment. Another Experience & Unforgettable

We spent a very short night at the Aryaduta Hotel after Qantas canceled our flight home and left us sitting in the Airport at 2am with no assistance whatsoever :( 
The hotel was close to the Airport, 160,000 IDR by fixed price taxi, which was a rip off as the return journey using Bluebird was just 40,000IDR and took twice as long due to increased traffic.
  Our room was a twin single on the upper floor overlooking the internal courtyard garden. I certainly wouldn't have called it 5☆ and felt it was overpriced at $304 NZD per night. It was clean but uninspiring.  There was no soundproofing whatsoever and we were woken from our very short and much needed sleep frequently by noise from adjoining rooms and from the corridor outside. The breakfast was a disappointment too,  a pancake so rubbery I couldn't eat it, juice that was just some kind of chemical tasting syrup and pastries that appeared to have been microwaved. It was exceptionally crowded and many items had run out and hadn't been refreshed. 
 There was no granola or museli type cereal just cornflakes and frootloops. The hot dishes were only lukewarm.  There were no face cloths in the bathroom and the toilet was difficult to flush. The shower worked well though and the staff were all really lovely, each and every one greeting us with a smile and offering us assistance if required.
We tried to relax by the pool for an hour or so at 9am before returning to the Airport but it wasn't possible as the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other speaking. 
All in all it served its purpose for an enforced overnight stay but we didn't get the rest we needed and therefore couldn't recommend it.
