My 1st Stay at this hotel, was not expecting the experience I had here.
From the time we arrived until we left the service was simply 1st class.
The Managers and staff always greeting you with a smile and offering you recommendations. The breakfast staff were fantastic especially RIRI.
My only complaint was that the spa wasn't up to standards I have used at different hotels - some improvement needed.
Will be recommending this hotel to all my friends - thanks for a wonderful and memorable holiday

Girls Holiday 2024

I recently stayed at The Four Points by Sheraton, Kuta recently for the first time. I can can definitely it won't be my last stay! 
My room was very clean and modern with a balcony pool view. 
The hotel amenities are fantastic with a large lagoon pool in the middle and a great rooftop pool with a pool bar. The staff all knew my name and my drink of choice! I was very impressed! 

I had a minor incident walking around Kuta where I was bitten by a dog. The staff at the hotel could not do enough for me to look after the issue. I was traveling alone and this was of great help and comfort to me. 
The Duty Manager Dhito personally drove me to a nearby international hospital where I was treated and he stayed with during the time I was at the hospital and then returned me safely back to the hotel! I am very thankful and appreciative for that and I thought he went above anything I expected. Dhito and the staff that looked after me everyday after and checked in on me to see how I was going regarding the incident . Everything was fine, but I was very impressed with their sincerity and kindness.  

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to everything you could need. The rooms were very quiet and extremely comfortable. 

I will be returning to Bali in August and will definitely be staying at Four Points by Sheraton, Kuta. This will now be my new home in Bali!

Fabulous Hotel with Fantastic Staff!

We stayed in June 2024 for 3 nights at Four points in Kuta, the hotel is an oasis in a dense area of activities and, all of its employees are polite and eager to help with everything. However, four of them were particularly distinguished: 
Figo and tbe receptionist Tria,who along with the driver Johni arranged for me and my wife a daily trip to see the best of Bali. Johni who by acting most professionally when responding with flexibility to all of our requests a la carte and taking care of all details, made our excursion a mostly memorable experience.
Finally, Pica, well trained highly skilled, who despite mostly busy breakfast time could handle high volume of customer requests, while managing successfully with her polite and professional maners to take care of all our special requests and customized orders and made us feel at home.
These people are Invaluable assets to this hotel for its customers and deserve recognition by its management.
We would definitely love to come back soon at 4POINTS @Kuta.

4points worths its money, due to its  particular hotel employees

Can’t fault the staff, they were lovely and welcoming. The food was incredible, up there with the best hotel food and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and was delicious. Very good for vegetarian, European and American diners. Only marked it down by one star as we the rooms were not sound proof, so a few days we were disturbed by other guests and dog barking and also we only managed to get soy milk 2 out of the 7 days we stayed and one morning the choice for vegan food was very poor. The room was cleaned every day and we had our water replenished.

Wow - we can't wait for our next booking to visit again in August.  Niken was welcoming & excellent to deal with.  Niken was knowledgeable with guidance & help to us as tourists, her fun & laughter personality is a credit to her and a very good reflection on the hotel. A Happy team of staff is the key to a Happy hotel & holiday.  We would happily recommend Four Points by Sheraton Kuta for anyones holiday.
