Most terrible place we have ever stayed in all our years of holidays. The towels were very smelly and a disgusting grey colour. The bed linen was badly stained. Stayed a week and no change of bed linen. Pillows were old, smelly and very flat. Towels were like gold. Only one towel each provided with a bath mat and no hand towel or washers. Asked for a pool towel one day and given a grey bath towel to use as the all the pool towels were at the laundry. Tea and coffee provided was cheap and nasty. Had to ask for more toilet paper as no spare in room and not topped up from day before. Breakfast was horrible. Western food was not available. Could only have asian/indonesian breakfast. Not everyone wants to eat rice and noodles for breakfast. 
Swam in pool and witnessed a man swimming with his partner and he kept hacking up and spitting over the side of the pool. Disgusting!!!! No one watching....Pool area smelt like sewerage. Not a pleasant environment to relax. Turned us off swimming out there. 
Positive was the security people out the front were extremely friendly and helpful.
Overall the worst holiday accomodation ever!!!!

Worst holiday accomodation ever

Stayed four nights with my family. Unluckily not got an interconnected room but they provide us facing rooms. Rooms are small. No covered wardrobe as well the storage is small. But it would have been better if there would have been a closed wardrobe. The location is vibrant but advised not to go out at night wearing golden jewelry due to the possibility of snatching. The pool is nice. Food and breakfast is good but not excellent. 

Budget place to stay in Kuta Bali

Grand Ixora is undoubtedly very centrally located but their staff are  extremely rude and most uncooperative. Anything you ask them for, the first reply is a flat-NO. Even though we have our own water bottle, they absolutely refuse to give a refill from the kitchen which won't cost them a dime. One has to forcefully purchase a bottle of water for 22,000 IDR which is totally ridiculous. Another money making scheme even for water.

Even at breakfast they actually ask you to wind up by 9.45 am even when the time is until 10 am. You can not ask a guest to rush through like this. Hotels all over the world accommodate 10-15 minutes but here by 9.45 am they just pick up things.

There were honeymooners and other guests like us who were on a holiday and didn't want to rush through things. I expected a hotel like this to be very polite and accommodative but they were totally the opposite. It is obvious that they have good business, hence they really do not care if the guest gives a good or bad review.

Totally disappointed with this hotel. Famous Hotel just at a short distance is far far better.

Extremely disappointing stay for 4 nights

We booked this hotel for 9 nights with breakfast, with book.com, who rated this as a 4 star plus, most reviews seemed OK no alarm bells, my fault I should of checked reviews on other sites, lessons learnt,  
We booked in and within 24 hours booked out, first room smelt of mold,  condensation running down walls damp floor, so they moved us to other room, this too felt damp, along with bedding,  no smell of mold but damp, aircom old and  noisy,  same a tv, poor WiFi in rooms, towel old and gray, no hand towels,  poor quality tradesman as grout poorly done and dirty, 
Rooms are very dated and small photos on booking com  must be 20 yrs old, 
Breakfast,  well honesty never been to breakfast like this , 7 30 breakfast starts at 7 am coffee still warming up told to wait 15 mims, one choice of cereal,  white bread only, butter in a large jar strange colour,  notice most staff avoided eye contact, 
All rooms have a balcony  no seating, what's the point, 
Pool used till after 10pm, music from pool bar same, don't book a room over pool if you want to sleep, 
Word to myself, read reviews from other sites, booked out after 24 hours , honestly this is only a 2 star at best 

This is not a 4 star hotel 🤨

This is my favorite hotel for short stay I had stayed there twice whenever I landed in Bali this is my first option, the location is the hotel is convenient, and closed to the Airport, it’s accessible its cross the street with many shops around the Hotel. The staff is nice and check-in process is smooth and quick which really need after long flight. They offered welcome drinks as well which is nice The room has nice swimming pool view it is not big room but it’s perfect and the bed is also comfy. I love the breakfast with a lot of option and I like to sit at the front seat.

Favorite Hotel near to the Airport

This hotel is located just 100 metres away from the centre of Kuta. The hotel is conveniently located within easy access of the Bali Mall Galeria shops, the Kuta Art Market, Kuta Beach and the popular Discovery Shopping Centre. The hotel is situated just a 15 minutes' driving distance away from Ngurah Rai International Airport. This wonderful hotel enjoys a charming design, beautifully incorporating elements of traditional and contemporary styles. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and are well equipped with modern amenities. Guests will be pleased by the host of facilities and services that this wonderful hotel has to offer.
