General view

I stayed at the Yello Kuta for three nights with my family of four (two adults and two kids). The hotel is conveniently located right on the Beachwalk Mall in Kuta, across from Kuta Beach. It's a small hotel, but it's trendy and modern.

Check-in Experience

The check-in experience  was just okay. I had informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving early, but they were unable to provide us with a room even an hour earlier. This was disappointing, as I had specifically requested an early check-in. However, the check-in process itself was smooth and efficient.

Location

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's right on the Beachwalk Mall and across from Kuta Beach. There are also several other malls nearby, including Discovery Mall. There are also plenty of eateries in the area.

Rooms

We were given an interconnected room, which was perfect for our family of four. However, the room size was quite small and would have been cramped for more than two people. The space utilization was very well done, though, and the room had everything we needed. The room was trendy and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV with Netflix access. I also appreciated the USB slot in the electrical socket. The view from the windows was of the mall, which was actually quite nice and captivating. 

Amenities

The hotel doesn't have any major amenities like a swimming pool, but it does have a PS5 and a gaming cubicle on the ground floor. 

Staff

The staff at the hotel was very hospitable and supportive. However, there were a few areas where they could have been more flexible with guests. For example, I ordered food at 9:35 PM, and they told me that the kitchen was closed. I understand that this may be hotel policy, but it was still disappointing.

Food and Breakfast

The breakfast spread was good, and the food was also quite good. There were a variety of options, including continental and local food.

Overall Experience

Overall, I had a great experience staying at the Yello Beachwalk Hotel. My family and kids really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and Good stay

The room is so cozy and have a perfect ambience to stay, the garden view is so beautiful. The staf is so friendly and informative. The Hotel have a strategic location with a beachwalk mall & so kuta beach. I just walking about 3 minutes to go to the beach! So perfect to stay🤍

Perfect room with perfect view & staf

Even the room a bit small but the location is wonderful especially for family. We stayed in family interconnect room, my concern only this room has no refrigerator. After all everything fine... The staff also very helpful, thanks to Ms. Marsha in front desk table

Staff very friendly and helpful and also very professional. They also make my anniversary decoration very nice.Tq Yello kuta hotel team.

Great Hotel And Staff.

Family friendly, cosy and bright hotel.

Near Kuta Beach and very convenient as it is located right at Beachwalk shopping centre. Direct connection to the shopping centre from the hotel. Stores open till late of weekends.

A lot of convenient stores within the vicinity.
