We always have a wonderful  time Suci is always so loving and polite she helps us everyday and makes sure we have everything  we need and that we are happy and comfortable. and our room is. So comfortable  and thank you to all. Everyone  greet us with our name.

Be aware. Construction site at the back of the hotel.
On arrival we could not get into room as room was locked from the inside. Finally acessed room. Awoke the next morning and pulled the curtains to be confronted with a view of a construction site. We complained and they moved us to another room, two doors up, with a view of a thatched roof. The room description when booking stated pool and garden views, WHERE. We got the run around when we asked again so we gave up.

Two days later we had two maintenance issues. The place is starting to get a little tired. It is definitely not a 4.5 star. 3.5 at the best.

Suci the complaints lady was very good with handling our issues but management could not be bothered.
We complained to Qantas who we booked the hotel through and they are still waiting for a response from the hotel.
Go elsewhere because as the construction gathers pace the noise and view will get worse

I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful every single staff member had treated me. Always with a big smile, friendly and helpful.
A big thank you to breakfast buffet staff and to Agus ( room attendant) for making my birthday so special  with this amazing birthday wishes made of leaves and flowers on the bed. Also to Sumar ( room attendant) for spoiling me with this  beautiful smiley monkey made of towels waiting in my room. 
Everything just great ! Good food, amazing cocktails, big pool, room so clean and spacious. 
Thank you so much !! I’ll be back soon.

Amazing friendly hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Very spacious hotel. Very closed to Legian Beach. The room is spacious, clean, nice room, spacious pool.There is a kids play room.  Everyday the room attendant will be made new animal towel with different created,he is very clever and thank you for your amazing hospitality.
