Memorable holiday

Amazing service. Staff go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible. From booking drivers, to delivering drinks pool side or finding you mosquito repellent when you forgot yours. The staff remembered us from day one and always addressed us by name. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great service

Our family of four (my wife, our 3 and 5-year-old daughters, and myself) recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Bali, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff(KOKO and Cindy) went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, especially with our young children. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's conveniently situated close to many of Bali's attractions, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the beauty of the island. Whether we wanted to relax on the beach or visit local markets, everything was just a short distance away.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The amenities and services provided exceeded our expectations, and the food was delicious with a good variety to suit all tastes.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali, especially families with young children. We look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing Family Stay with Friendly Staff and Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. The facilities are first-class, and the gym had all the equipment and machines that I needed. We really enjoyed relaxing around the pool having drinks every afternoon. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the different food options each morning kept things interesting. However, without a doubt, the best thing is the amazing staff. Their incredible service made our stay exceptional, and they always went out of their way to ensure that we were having a great time. Every time we bumped into a staff member they always had a big smile on their face, and they were always happy to stop and have a chat with us. Special mention must go to Jeafen who works at reception, when we checked in he asked us if we had come to Bali for a special occasion, and we told him that I had just graduated from university. He then arranged for a delicious cake which said "Congratulations on your graduation" to be delivered to our room as a surprise. I also want to give special mention to Yanti who works in the restaurant, she always gave us excellent service at breakfast and dinner, and also to Adi and Ivan who work at the pool bar, they were both also excellent and always looked after us whenever we were at the pool. I cannot thank your staff enough for their incredible service, they are truly all an asset to your hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali.

I would rate this place a 10/10 customer service was a great big Thankyou to Dyna and Kevin for assisting and providing us the best service when we stayed here , this place feels like home the best breakfast  
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. 
Nearby all the shopping center .
