Pool

Nice hotel. Very European styled and very very clean. In a good area with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were all fantastic. The pool.area is quite shady so does not seem to be used much by guests.  Cleaning as excellent. Did not eat at the attached restaurant although it looked very nice.

Very nice Hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights in August 2023 and loved it so much that I returned for another 5 nights in April 2024. I cannot fault this hotel, it beats most 5* hotels in the area.

The bedrooms are huge, the beds are incredibly comfortable including the bedding which is ultra luxurious. They have also upgraded their TV’s from 43” non-smart TV’s to 55” smart TV’s where you can sign into your own Netflix and Prime accounts etc. 

They provide a turn down service every night leaving chocolates or biscuits on your pillow and the housekeeping staff are extra helpful for anything else you might need for the room. 

The location is right in the middle of Sanur. It’s a perfect hotel in a perfect location and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Perfection

We booked our stay from March 5-8, 2024, and only lasted 2 nights due to the hotels air conditioning issues.
After the first night my partner woke up very sick due to the air con, I also felt chesty. There seemed to be a strange smell emanating from the vents that made the rooms air thick and restrictive.
When I told staff the next morning, I was sat down by the manager and felt like I was in the principles office. She explained to me that the air con was looked at by maintenance and that there seemed to be no issue, all we got offered is a new room and a refund was firmly denied.
Distressed, We remained in the gas chamber and turned off one of the aircon vents, deciding to only stay for one more night. I ran into the manager in the halls after the second night and explained to her that my partner is still sick, she then proceeded to tell me that she has had many people complain of the same issues but blamed the weather.....WTF.
Anyway, we checked out soon after, gladly losing $170 and returned to Legian, the manager was sitting at the desk as we checked out and didn't even look at me.
FYI, we had just stayed 7 nights at a wonderful hotel in Legian and had no such issues, also, we have travelled to our beloved Bali 10 times, using many different hotels in Ubud, Legian and Kuta, and this is the very first time we have had to deal with this problem and unconcerned management.
This was our first visit to Sanur and soured our experience greatly, not impressed.

Beautiful but flawed.

The hotel wasn’t what I expected being on a main road but it grew on me very quickly and it’s a beautiful boutique hotel. For me I probably needed something a little more quiet as there was construction going on in the back. I changed hotels but for 95% of people probably wouldn’t have bothered them. They were extremely accommodating to
My needs and helped me relocate to a hotel that was more suitable. They staff are beautiful, the food is great and the rooms are spacious and elegant. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Understanding & accommodating

It was only one night, but really enjoyed staying at this Boutique Hotel. It has a lovely feel, is in a great location, and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. A small balcony also. Would recommend and stay again. Walking distance to beach, shops, and cafes.
