Absolutely love it here. Warm, friendly staff, great facilities, convenient location (close to restaurants, supermarket, chemist, markets).
And right on the beach! 
The spa treatments are AMAZING! 
We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolute bliss!

Visited the Puri Santrian as part of our Golden Wedding celebration, following four nights in Singapore, on the recommendation of our agent, eShores.
The hotel is really traditional in layout and presentation, populated by statues of various gods at every turn, and with traditionally laid our rooms. We had a club room, which was spacious and special with four poster massive bed and loads of space with seating area, bath/shower room and plenty of storage.
Breakfast, part of our package, was plentiful, varied and well cooked.  Recommend the dim sum steamed custard buns, or eggs in any way you like cooked in front of you.
Basically we took all our meals on site, in the Beach front restaurant, especially loved lunch in the seafront restaurant overlooking the beach, with dinner inside away from an occasionally strong sea breeze.
Staff were super, our last visit was 19 years ago, and a highlight then was the same now, Balinese are lovely, smiling, caring people who work hard to make you feel special and valued. 
Shoutout here for Ardana who took the trouble to learn our names when greeting us for dinner.
I had particular reason to thank staff as I was taken ill at breakfast one morning, and the speed at which the staff moved me to our room, called a doctor, and attended to me was brilliant. Fortunately my discomfort was temporary, but staff called twice afterwards, plus a follow up from a nurse to ensure I was fine. 
To summarise, really special traditional hotel, good food, comfortable, clean rooms, happy smiling service, great facilities, just as we hoped for our special celebration of 50 years of marriage

Golden Wedding celebration

Definitely would recommend Puri Santrian . All positive and no negatives.
We stayed in the Deluxe rooms on the ground floor with private pool for deluxe guests only . The pool is amazing . Towels are supplied . Rooms are clean and well equipped. Fresh linen and water every day. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices and different areas to eat in the morning. The spa is really nice with great staff and treatments.
The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is really good and reasonably priced. Seafood night at the hotel is also great and I would highly recommend.
There are many restaurants on the street and they are all really good. Money changer across the road is good to use to change money they also do laundry which we did use and we’re not disappointed. 
It was my husbands birthday and they organised a cake and the staff and entertainment for that night sang happy birthday which made it special.
It was Lovely experience and holiday we will definitely be back for our next holiday in Bali.

Hotel was excellent.  Breakfast and dinner show was great.   Room was very large and the private pool was great for evening dips to cool off after a long day. I had the massage which was great.  Everyone was extra friendly and helpful. This was part of our Multi location trip to Indonesia.  (Pita Maha, Gili Air and Puri)
