Pool

Large,  comfortable and well equipped rooms Large grounds with 4 pools of various sizes. Beach easily accessible.  Service staff at all levels were polite,  attentive and friendly,  nothing appeared any trouble.  Great food. The area around the hotel is easily accessible for shopping,  tours and attractions

I spent 2 nights here at the end of 6 weeks travelling the region.  The hotel is an oasis of calm & a great place

Such a great family hotel in a lovely location right on the beach.  We were a family of 7 -  two storey family accommodation for the family of five and my husband and I received an upgrade to a beautiful bungalow.  The reception is in an open air gazebo, the grounds are extensive and tropical, the staff were just lovely and sooo friendly.  Buffet breakfast pleased us all - so much selection.  Buy one get one free all day cocktails on Thursdays was lovely. Pools are great. Wildlife - squirrels, ducks, birds.

Beautiful Segara Village Hotel

Best Hotel in Sanur, Closed to the beach. Breakfast was great and we like much welcome drink that they served.The room amazing, very comfort.Closed by the beach and enjoying our times ar birdhouse restaurant. Hotel has 2 or 3 pool and also complete with kids pool.

Once again, Thank you to all staff and see you.we will comeback.


Best Hotel in Sanur

There were many positives - Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great food, lovely room, good facilities for young children with playground and kids pool, perfect location

Negatives - Woken up 4am every morning by resident roosters ! not good when you’ve spent a lot of money on a holiday to relax and get away from early morning rises for work.

Lagoon pool should be adult only- no children

Tables around pool and restaurant should not be able to be reserved. Residents should be able to turn up and sit at table when they require without having to reserve first. Turned up at beach side to find nice tables all reserved and had to sit on beach chairs for dinner.

Ball games should not be allowed in pool

Pool facilities should be for residents only. Some days was very busy and no beds available due to people walking off streets.

Some days very busy with families and young children running everywhere. If you want a quiet holiday, this place probably isn’t for you. There is a lagoon pool but not specified as adult only so also had children playing.

Great but could be amazing !

Upmarket hotel / resort in the northern end of Sanur. We initially booked bungalow rooms as these are generally ground floor. I have a disability and climbing stairs can be an issue, even when sober. 
Slack hotel didn’t have our rooms ready even way after advertised check in time, so we were upgrade to a village room. 
It’s a very nice room that showing its age but reasonably well looked after.
Downside…. Six step up to the room and difficult for a person with mobility issues. So much for getting a room without stairs or steps. 
We booked a room without breakfast as breakfast at Segara is 300k net and it’s buffet style, whereas out the front, within 30 metres, there’s Tootsie and Lutu’s. Lutu’s has very good coffee. Breakfast is pretty good too. 
The hotel is well run, no shortage of staff. Staff will accommodate all requests with a smile. It’s full of Australian and it shows. 
I would stay here again, BUT……
a little further up from Segara, the old Bali Beach Hotel (now called The Sanur) has had a major renovation and it looks exceptionally good. Largest pool I have ever seen in Sanur. I would seriously consider staying at The Sanur. It’s all part of the international hospital build.
