I just arrived and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival at 13:00, I was informed that my room was not yet ready. I chose to wait and was shown to the restaurant, with a promise that I would be notified once my room was available. I had already provided my ID card for the check-in process, but the staff mentioned they didn’t need it at that moment, which raised some concerns.

By 15:30, I had still not received any update regarding my room. When I approached the front desk, I noticed the staff were very attentive and engaging with foreign guests, even indulging in unnecessary chit-chat and introductions. However, my request for an update was met with indifference. When I finally spoke to someone about my room, they merely called housekeeping without any prior check or information.

The lack of communication and attention to my needs made me feel overlooked and discriminated against by the front office staff, including the Assistant Front Office Manager. The apology I eventually received felt insincere and was only given because I demanded one. There was no explanation provided for the poor treatment I experienced.

This level of service is highly disappointing, especially in a location like Bali, which is renowned for its hospitality. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its service standards to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and attention they deserve.

Insincere Front Office

Another trip back to Ramada in Seminyak. We chose the pool side room. The experience is the same as before, From the checkin to checkout, all the process was smooth, staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed for 5 nights and trully enjoyed dining at the restaurant. The breakfast was always good for 4 stars hotel when I compare with others. they are more than good enough. Room was cleaned properly.

Another good stay

Stayed here from 15th June to 22nd  in Room no 4139. Staff is highly motivated, always energetic .
Was checked in my Ms Manda , chika Irma .
Chef Juve made excellent breakfast.
Bell boys were always there to drop
You at K circle .
Room was impeccably cleaned all days . I have forgotten the name of housekeeping staff but would request management to pat his efforts .
Everything was excellent I highly recommend this place

Delivered more than what I expected

Great Hotel to stay in with family and friends staff are very helpful great property with all the amenities yuli irma bayu chika these three people are amazing and have helped us alot in all the procedures. The food was very tasty, including the breakfast. Very peace and safe.

Great hotel good view relaxing atmosphere and staff name chika is very co operative and food is amazing as well and amazing food at the restaurant and you can get any help you want from staff for activities and everything and even every thing is near by from the hotel like beach and local market and all the clubs and bar best place to visit
