We did a day trip to the west lakes with Dundang! His knowledge of the area and hospitality was immaculate. Most definitely recommend doing this tour with the hotel and dundang! Fantastic trip could not recommend any other tour. Also great help with bartering.

Wow from the moment we arrived the lush green outlook many birds and animals truly made us feel like we arrived in paradise
Staff were amazing facilities immaculate
Room 826 is by far the best room very private and secluded
Food was fresh and varied and the full moon performance made our stay special

Holiday in paradise

The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The views of the jungle were stunning. There was a nice half hour walk through the jungle to get to town (but there is also a free shuttle service which we used as well). The complimentary afternoon tea was a very nice touch. Breakfast was amazing. For my birthday they put rose petals in the bath and on the bed which was a very nice surprise.

This was our favorite hotel from our Bali stay. We spent here 4 nights, but we would have gladly stayed more :) This place is a true gem in Ubud. I was genuinely surprised by the beauty of this resort, the views from the balcony, room size and cleanliness, the overall service and hospitality of the staff. The Spa has stunning jungle views, as well as the infinity pool area. Breakfast was good, with very healthy meal options. We also ate dinner here couple of times, the food was tasty and the plating exquisite :) You may find small geckos in your room, but they are quiet and harmless. As the area is surrounded by the infinite jungle, I assume it's a common thing, so we embraced the Bali experience fully :) I will let further the pictures speak for themselves, but special thanks to the beautiful Jannata team: Rani, Finny and all the staff that made our stay a memorable one. If I would live closer to Bali, I would be already planning my next trip to this beautiful hotel! Hope to return soon!
