Lovely hotel. We stayed in a Suite, and were very impressed with the interior, and the way our room was made everyday. The staff here are so friendly and kind, and will do what they can to make your stay special. Would stay here again, as well y has really helped make our holiday special.

Amazing hotel and staff.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady and two refreshing health drinks.  Our initial reaction to the complex was really good. However on arrival at our room, a Suite Pool Villa, we found it looked tired with dirty blinds and cobwebs underneath the bed. After a call to reception, the cobwebs were quickly removed. I must stress that the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Our daughter had booked an excursion through Sankara Suites and the tour guide Endra took us to the Sacred Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Coffee Plantation (with the cat poo coffee!) and the Tirta Temple. Endra was amazing from start to finish and explained each location in great detail, advising of the process of giving offerings and using the holy springs.  Our tour experience was the highlight of our trip to Bali. We would also recommend the Balinese Massage. An hour of absolute bliss where my husband and I came out feeling invigorated. Sankara Suites also set up a romantic meal for us in a location within the complex chosen by us which looked stunning and tasted amazing. Our overall impression of Sankara Suites is good and you couldn’t wish for better staff as they are all so lovely and accommodating.

10/10 Experience and Stay

The room is very clean, quiet, comfy, and has a forest view. Very good customer service. Breakfast is set menu and is really good. Balinese dinner is amazing and highly recommended. They also offered a complimentary massage which is very good.

The rooms were always super clean and comfortable. The staff’s hospitality were excellent with them always being very friendly and helpful. The drivers were the best we’ve had with their friendly smiles and very informative on the tours. We were there for 10 days and the staff took the time and care to get to know us and even came and told us when we had unused free experiences.
