Staff was great, everyone did a great job and the location it’s perfect . It’s close to walking street but you never hear the noise. That was the best part. This is my second time here and i will come again. I recommend this location to everyone.

2nd stay and still awesome !!!!!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mim at the hotel reception, and I must say, her service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and efficient, taking the time to explain the hotel's amenities and even offering local recommendations, which made my stay more enjoyable. Mim went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference, and I would like to extend my appreciation for her excellent help.

Perfect reception

Once again Absolute Bangla Suites has been an excellent place to stay. Mim and Rey in reception are wonderful and they go out of their way to assist you. I had a small issue with the room and Mim dealt with it immediately and it was resolved in 5 minutes. Love your work ethic. See you again next year

I hate when good holidays end

This hotel was a significant letdown. The entire property is extremely dated, with a noticeable damp odor throughout. The rooms are in dire condition, appearing dirty and worn. It is clear that the hotel is long overdue for a complete renovation.
While I can imagine this hotel may have been lovely when it first opened, its current state leaves much to be desired. It has become a rundown, shabby establishment that urgently needs investment.

Upon check-in, we were initially placed in a timeshare-owned room that was simply unacceptable. The sofa was covered with blankets to hide stains and mold, the wooden furnishings were swollen and damaged due to moisture and the AC didn’t work at all. The room had a musty smell that made it feel unclean.
 
We requested a room change but were informed there were no other options available. However, we checked Booking.com, where multiple rooms were listed as available. Out of necessity, we booked a "penthouse" room, hoping it would be an improvement. We reluctantly stayed at this hotel because we had friends already there, and it was 2 a.m., so we just wanted to settle in for the night.

Only after paying for the upgraded room, the receptionist showed us three different penthouse rooms. Unfortunately, each was in a similar condition—grimy and poorly maintained. We selected the "best" of the options, which smelled the least musty and was relatively clean, but it was still far from satisfactory.

The condition of the room was such that we avoided using the cutlery or even sitting on the sofa. On a positive note, the bed was reasonably comfortable and appeared clean.

To add to the discomfort, the windows did not seal properly, allowing significant noise from the street until 4 a.m. each night. While street noise is not the hotel’s fault, properly sealed windows would have reduced the issue. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy and seemed on the verge of falling out of the ceiling. The remote control for the unit was unreliable, making it difficult to adjust the temperature and on our final evening the system leaked into the ceiling causing it to bow and split, and drop about 3 large buckets of water onto the kitchen floor.

If you want to be right in the center of the action and are content with accommodation that barely meets a 2-star standard, then this hotel might suit you. However, if you are looking for a more comfortable and stylish stay, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The nearby Holiday Inn, which is just a 5–10 minute walk away, appeared beautiful and well-maintained.

In summary, avoid this hotel at all costs unless you are running on a serioulsy low budget and dont be fooled by any comments that describe it as a 3, 4 or 5 star accomodation. 
By far the worst accomodation I have ever stoped in.

Disappointing Stay - In Desperate Need of Renovation

From the moment you are picked up from the airport you start to feel your amazing holiday experience.
Greeted at the front door of your motel with a welcome juice hot towel and piece of cake reception staff are amazing.

Taken to your room and made feel welcome.
Rooms are amazing and house keeping goes out of their way to make you feel special.Extra pillows no issues they are here to help and are the most loviest people.

All food is amazing Rim and the others chefs are exceptional cooks and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Milk is one of the young servers and is so good at making us feel welcome and goes out of her way to make your dining experience special.
All the servers are excellent but we are mainly served by Milk.

The atmosphere at Bangla is very welcoming and the lovely security man at the front door always has a smile and warm welcome for us.

Gotham is our relation officer and one of the nicest people we have ever met.
He has gone out of his way to make sure we have a great holiday and are invited to all the member’s activities.

To sum Absolute up.Just do it you won’t be sorry.
We hummed and hard ten years ago and so pleased we signed up.
Have made great memories shared amazing experiences made great friends.
