Pool

Breakfast had a great selection and the girl who greeted us every morning is so sweet and friendly. The pool at the Villa is nice and cool, and a good size, although on the first couple of days the Villa was not the easiest to find, especially at night. I felt like the signs could be clearer or they can provide us with a map. The Villa is very spacious and peaceful, with ample shaded area near the pool. Shame that here is no bathtub inside though. The beach is extremely shallow and unfortunately I got stung by a sea urchin on the first day. I asked to see the nurse but the staff didn’t quite understand me enough but offered to rub lime on it. It sounded like it’s quite a frequent occurrence so perhaps guests could be warned to stay away from the rocks. I am sure there are better beaches in other areas of Samui.

The complimentary cocktail class at the Singing Bird Lounge included in our room rate was stellar and so much fun. Khun Gun was patient with us, explaining the basics of cocktail making, and the other member of staff at the class really looked after us. Food on the whole was very good and in-room dining orders arrived very quickly.

A nice resort with thoughtful staff, but be careful at the beach.

We were in room 102 which is a see view villa with a pool. The room is great. It has one leaving room connecting to big bed room connecred to very big bathroom. There is inside and outside shower. No bathtab inside. There is bathtab outside. Pool is very nice size and around it few sitting area. The room is very private. Can hear the music from the lounch below. 
Hotel is very clean. Good breakfast with big varaity.the gym is spacious and clean. Other than that we did not use much of hotel facilities. 
The staff are great and wellcoming, especialy Romi who were there for us whenever we needed!

Great place

We stayed in the pool villas. Beautiful hotel and  gorgeous villa. Superb staff and service. Special thanks to Mo for his exceptional hospitality. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the menu was different with a great spread every day. Each and every staff at the hotel were outstanding with their service. Food and cocktails very good. Only downside was that the beach is not so great and is rocky for those looking to swim in the sea. Swimming pool is lovely. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful pool villas at Anantara Lawana

Lovely resort but was very surprised how small the main pool was. I upgraded my room mid-stay to a pool villa and my kids had a lot more fun. Good service and selection at breakfast - however , the house flies swarming the dining hall was unpleasant. The ocean kiss restaurant also did not hv enough fans so it was very warm. The ladies at reception - Joy and Jenine , were so helpful and engaging. Despite our daily "hounding", they never once shyed away from us and always greeted us with smiles and helped us so much. I miss you ladies!!

Resort is value for money. Staff are friendly,kind,well mannered, efficient & detailed. Resort is clean.
