Meaw   ,Num spa staff, i had the best message Ive ever had in my life she’s very friendly and did a great job, the message is as strong and did exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back! Also the receptionist Tim is super nice and welcoming 😍 loved the experience!!

Amazing!

What a great hotel and service!! We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May for 3 nights and it was really good experience. The location of the hotel is wonderful, right near to the fishermen market and just a few minutes drive from the chuang district. We extended also our visa in koh Samui and Rex who’s working in the reception helped us with the documents and everything we needed. All our stay he was very kind to us, helped us with everything we needed and suggested to go to some beautiful places in the island. So thank you Rex for all your help! And also Dimond from the pool bar was so kind, always had a smile on his face and was very welcoming. The room was lovely. Thank you for a good stay!

An amazing stay at Bandara resort

Spa is the best service in the island i booked a 3 hours massage with Num she is the best skill and i would like to reccomment for everyone to come here and resterant are the best too .
I will be back to your spa and the hotel again Tim spa reception is the best too

Spa treatment

Having visited Bandara Resort and Spa for the third time, our family continues to be impressed by the welcoming and friendly staff. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Highlights of Our Stay:

Family Rooms:
The family rooms are spacious and perfect for our needs. Although our kids will soon outgrow the bunk rooms, they are still very convenient. Located on the ground level near the main pool in the center of the resort, they offer easy access to all the fun.

Pools:
The main pool is a major attraction for our kids. It’s large and deep, providing endless entertainment even when it’s crowded. The cute little cabanas around the pool offer a nice respite from the sun, though they tend to be reserved early by some families. It would be helpful if staff could manage these “saved” seats better so everyone has a fair chance to use them. Fortunately, we were able to secure one by venturing out early in the morning.

The beachfront pool is quieter and more relaxing, though our kids prefer the main pool. Beach loungers are always available, adding to the convenience.

Staff:
The staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Happy hour is a delightful time to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere.

Breakfast:
While breakfast can be repetitive, there is always a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s tastes. We have no complaints in this area.

Spa Services:
The massages at Bandara were phenomenal but quite expensive compared to other places. It would be beneficial if the pricing were more competitive. Since our daughters wanted their hair and nails done, we had to visit another place for those services and ended up getting massages there as well.

Location:
The resort is well-priced and conveniently located near Fisherman’s Village. We enjoy the walk there, and our kids love grabbing ice cream from the shop on the way.

Overall, Bandara Resort and Spa remains a favorite for our family, and we look forward to many more visits in the future.

Family Friendly Resort with Exceptional Staff

If, like me, you rely on these reviews to help pick a hotel then READ THIS REVIEW! We stayed 9 nights at the Bandara Resort and WOW. My husband and 2 young kids (1.5 and 3.5 yr old) had the most incredible time. The location is perfect, right on the beach, 5 mins walk from Fishermans Village. There is not one thing I could fault! The staff are what make this hotel exceptional. Special mention to Ton, Diamond and Jasmine. Just incredible, gorgeous people. We stayed in a Family room which we loved, you can even section off part of the room which was ideal when little one needed a nap. The food was fantastic, breakfast buffet was nothing like I have ever seen! We used the taxi service right beside the hotel and they were brilliant to deal with, even waited for us on some trips to bring us back to the hotel. AMAZING STAY.
