‘Sea view’ means ‘Roof view’ to this hotel.
The Samui Resotel advertised our room as a ‘Sea view’ room but in reality it is ‘Small sea glimpse with ugly roofs’.
When we complained that we were not getting what we paid for we were offered an ‘upgrade’ to a room next to the swimming pool that no doubt would be noisy. Our travelling companion also bought a room with ‘sea views’ but he is on the 3rd floor and is high enough to look beyond the sea of roofs to actually have somewhat of a sea view. We’ve asked to be relocated to the 3rd floor but there is no availability. Perhaps word is already out… don’t be deceived by the promise of a ‘sea view’ in the advertising. If you love ugly roof views then come to this hotel.

From arrival to departure Nimh and all the hotel staff provided exceptional service. The hotel is in a great beachside location and the facilities and breakfast were great. The villa was the cleanest and most comfortable room we have stayed in during our 4 week trip around Thailand.

Superb hotel in Koh Samui

The welcome from the reseption was unprofessional. 
The room is okej. Clean. 
The cleaning of the room is so late that it's desurbing our hole afternoon.  
After a day on the beaches you want to have a rest in the room. But no. They are coming around 3.30 pm. You can't relax until the are done.

Okej but not a place for longstay.

From the very moment we arrived and were offered a seat and ice cold apple juice, I knew this place would be great.  The room was clean and well laid out and the pool was the best private pool I have experienced, large and clean - an amazing place to laze away the afternoon after a morning of exploring Samui.
The staff were fantastic, always going out of their way to great us and find ways to make our stay better.  The breakfasts were always varied and tasty and the bar / restaurant mixed  a great Long Island.
Cannot recommend enough, although I probably shouldn’t because I want it to be available when I return.

A great place to relax, unwind and chill

Lovely resort  close to everything. Amazing beach front. Hotel has the free taxi service to Central Chaweng Mall.
Breakfast is great, and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
Beach front villa with pool is amazing. Live entertainment and lots more
