The level of attention and care we received was phenomenal. The staff treated us with utmost respect and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Upon learning that we were celebrating our anniversary and honeymoon, they kindly decorated our room, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more special. This kind gesture was just one example of the thoughtful and attentive service we experienced throughout our stay.

Oh my goodness, the food! Every restaurant within the hotel offered a unique and delectable culinary experience. Breakfast was a feast for the senses, with an incredible array of choices and even a bubbly bar to kickstart our mornings in the most delightful way. The bar staff were superb—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to craft the perfect cocktail. Each meal was a celebration of flavors, beautifully presented and utterly delicious.

The rooms at Banyan Tree Krabi are more than five-star—they are exceptional on every level. We have stayed at numerous high-end hotels, but the accommodations here are in a league of their own. Our suite featured its own jacuzzi, a small pool, and a lounge area with the most stunning views imaginable. The attention to detail and the luxurious amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable and indulgent.

Excellent service, polite and professional staff. Overall amazing experience, I loved the ambience as well. Every evening, a small gift was given. The view from the room was beautiful, and the food was also good. I would recommend it highly.

The overall experience was amazing

We decided to end our Thailand adventure by celebrating our anniversary at Banyan Tree Krabi after a bustling week at nearby Ao Nang.

Our Banyan Tree Experience started the moment we stepped foot onto the property - from our car we were greeted by the magnificent lobby overlooking the Andaman Sea. 

The frontdesk staff were very welcoming and respectful, and the check in process itself was an experience. We were served their unique welcome drink in a classy room/space - it didnt feel formal at all and check in was a breeze.

We stayed at the Beachfront villa, and wow. I refuse to term this property as a hotel or a resort, it was an abode on a whole different level.

As we stepped into the room, our senses were engaged:

Our sense of smell - the room was filled with their lovely, calming scent of the day.

Our sense of sight - the exquisite architecture,inspired by the mythical Naga and its lair, were simply amazing. The attention to our abode’s design and detail and its story made us feel like we were part of something bigger.

Our sense of touch - the soft linen, the woven cushions, you can tell that everything  was of quality and build.

Our sense of hearing - sounds of flowing water from the outdoor pool & waterfall feature and the soft music from the living room was really inviting.

They even have mood lighting presets to suit your occasion!

The individuals of the Banyan Tree family in Krabi was all smiles each and every time we had the opportunity to meet them, and their thoughtfulness impressed us the most. From transportation to dinner plans to simply asking for a buggy, everything was seamless and wonderful.

We took the option to have in-room breakfast for a small fee and it was beautiful being able to enjoy a sumptious breakfast with your loved ones on the patio while overlooking the sea.

Truly exquisite, Banyan Tree Krabi, you guys are a notch above the rest, and we look forward to coming back very very soon.
