Pool

Stayed here for 3 nights in the last week of June. There is a confusion, I see many reviews where guests have said that they booked in one property but the room was given in the adjacent area. During booking the location of the room is clearly mentioned in their website depending on the room category and on 3rd party websites it is mentioned as ‘as across the road ‘ it’s absolutely our responsibility to read and understand. 
Our room category was located in Avani plus, which is just across. Check in was fast, we requested for an early checkin and they obliged. 
Room was spacious but for that price you will get a bigger room in phuket in a branded hotel. Rooms are old and visibly aged. They need an upgrade. Our room had a washing machine and dryer which was of great use. The pool in our villa was small good for the kids to play around. Beachside pool is big and very well maintained can spend a lot of time there. We are vegetarian, breakfast was not great, in general the selection was lesser compared to other luxury hotels. Food taste has a lot of scope for improvement. For one night we booked dinner by design which is their concept designed dinner. We opted for a beachside dinner, couldn’t do it due to bad weather. We were shifted to wine tasting room. We opted for vegan meal, basically it was the only vegetarian option available. Over priced with poor selection of items and tasteless food. Not worth the price at all. This was is let down. 
Location of the resort is great, very close to the airport just a 15 minutes drive. It’s secluded and the resort has direct access to Mai Khao beach. If you’re a first time visitor to phuket may be this is not the best place as it’s far always from everything touristy. If you’re looking for a secluded resort with privacy this is a good option. The beach is fabulous not crowded at all, you can have all the private time you wish to. Dream was our private villa host and kudos to her she was very attentive and responded quickly. Overall it was a pleasant stay and may be we’ll return back just for the location.

Decent stay at two bedroom pool pavilion villa

We have had a great experience at Anantara Villas. The team are so nice, helpful and attentive, especially Aziz who was very responsive during our stay… 

the rooms are spacious and the pool is so beautiful. During our four nights stay, we have absolutely enjoyed the breakfast variety and experience. Especial thanks for Maya and Air for their service and positive energy.

Amazing experience at Anantara Villas

Very nice environment and kind crews for kids. And for food you can fully customize like gluten free, no egg etc. replay good place  when you having food issue like me. Also very good condition of staying in villa and water is very clean in the pool.

Good to stay with family

Everything’s good here including the beach here.
You can watch a gorgeous sunset of view on the beach right next to the resort.
Breakfast, staff and tidiness here are all good.
Everything’s just so nice and it could surely   you an exceptional vacation experiences.

Chilling and nice

everything was good, staff was excellent - service straight from the heart.
resort was busy and most evident at breakfast - 9:30 is their peak and somehow we always managed to get there then.
surprised at the number of people bringing children - for us tit felt more like a family resort more than a couple's retreat.
large premises and need a bike to get around but unfortunately we never got one despite asking - maybe because the resort was full and there were not enough to go around.

lovely stay overall
