Pool

We visited this hotel with two kids, four years old and a baby of six months old and found this place very convenient for a family vacation.  Spacy clean rooms have an a/c, safe box for valuables, comfortable beds and  a balcony . Bathrooms have both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Because of small children peace and quietness at night we very important issue for us.

Good for a family vacation

We went to Thailand with our two kids and were very picky to choose a hotel. We were delighed d with our choice because our kids just enjoyed swimming at outside pool and view of the hotel. Personal was very polite and friendly ready to help any time.

Best hotel for family stay

Defo not a bit like the pictures let’s start with check in hardly a word said so still don’t know bfast times told nothing then shown to room well after waiting 5 hours no early check in here I’d say the room was last updated 1970 old worn furniture tired walls dirty curtains now the pool came down at 0845 nearly all beds had towels on but no people to be seen some did appear at 11 12 and then 1pm staff not interested lastly breakfast pumpkin soup fried rice cheap thin bread eggs stewed chicken fruit and fruit juice but not the tasty kind overall we are booked in for 56 days no chance we are lucky we made two separate bookings so looking forward to cancelling 2nd booking and moving would I return not even for free oh and did I mention your only allowed one key so if I go for a nap hubby will have to wake me to get bk in as you need the key for the electricity unbelievable can’t get a second key

Have stayed at this hotel now for 10 years as it is convenient to all surrounding areas.
Staff are excellent around the hotel although reception staff not very helpful !!
Hotel needs  a lot of tlc as in the building itself the rooms are dated and not up to scratch although cleaning staff are excellent.
Arrive to dining room for breakfast and selection is awful either Thai food or toast !!
By the pool when you can get a bed be aware of your surroundings as mr RAT 1
RAT 2 are roaming about the dining room and then enter the toilets most afternoons.
I went to reception and reported this totally uninterested his reply to me was I have asked them (the rats ) not to come in but they don’t listen !! 
I mentioned to the massage girls and they say we have many running around !!
I am now in shock and have these in video doing the rounds !
The evenings were very noisy with hard rock and I otop with loud music every night and also many loud groups ofRussians sitting around the pool with their 7/11 purchases of food and alcohol !!!
It’s such a shame as I have shared many really brilliant holidays here both with family and with friends and sadly I feel there is better hotels about for same price and cheaper

Not any more

Don't get mislead by digital photographs on there website, this property is quite old.
Specially the superior rooms ,which are in a different building are nothing like what is shown in pictures.
Very small and smelly rooms with no ventilation and no balcony, ineffective and old AC, dirty towels, slippery bathrooms and much more.
There is no view from room and only a tiny window is provided which makes the room very clastrophobic .
