Dewa Phuket Resort

Another perfect stay at the Dewa.
This time we stayed in a grand garden villa. The peace and the seclusion was like a dream. The private pool was wonderful.
The bed was so soft and inviting. Room was spotless and it even had a coffee machine! 
We slept so well and comfortably, we lazed by the private pool, dipped in to cool off and lazed again.. such a perfect time for us both. 
The hotel is so clean, so peaceful and so welcoming we never wanted to leave! 
The staff are wonderful, so professional yet so warm and welcoming.
The cleaners and gardeners also work very well together as a team to keep the premises so clean, tidy and beautiful and the flowers as you walk through the grounds to your room smell so fragrant and sweet.
Excellent breakfast too! And the spa gave me the best massage of my entire life.
It’s also right next to a beautiful beach which is clean and idyllic with soft sand and warm waves, perfect for swimming. 
Very close to the markets too. 
The best part is how peaceful it is there. You get to rest and relax in a quiet and beautiful place. 
We have booked a week in December and then 10 days in March so we can start and end our next adventure in our favourite hotel. And I absolutely cannot wait to return!

The perfect hotel

What a great hotel if you're passing through this area. This is our 8th stay at this hotel and we always return for a few days before flying out as it's close to the airport. The hotel is in a great location, in a little village that is like what Thailand was like back in the 90's and not too busy with bustling cars/traffic or buildings. This hotel has a pool area, but it's not the most beautiful pool setting, but it's great if you're passing through and staying for a day or two - only because there's not really any view and it's quite small and crowded, if you miss out on one of the 15 pool beds, then you're a little stuck! The staff are always lovely and try their best to accommodate you ( we had booked a garden villa as we always do, and they didn't' have it ready and tried to put us in a high-rise apartment with a tiny balcony, but they did find us a room even though we had to wait a few hours, which wasn't ideal after travelling there! Normally our booking is all ok). Anyway, the rooms are clean, fresh, new, comfortable with strong wifi and comfy beds. The breakfast buffet is very small and simple, but it has enough for you to get by. We will definitely be back, see you in 2025!

Great hotel in this old-style Thai region and close to the airport.

Stayed here recently & cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff  Jame, WaWa, Phen to name a few were amazing. 

Every single member of staff was lovely, super helpful & went above & beyond.

The food was always delicious, the cocktails were amazing & fantastic atmosphere. 

It was absolutely spotless, the reception, housekeeping & gardening staff do a brilliant job too.

I cannot wait to go back!

Amazing hotel - lovely location 

Just rooms a bit outdated- shower and toilet room has a smell, shower is weird - we could only have cold or steaming hot water so warm shower was impossible. Some areas on the ceiling had marks of leakages and there were scratches on the walls. 
But! The staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly, very accommodating and made us feel good. The application chat I like especially, very convenient and stuff was very fast  to reply or respond to our needs. 
Breakfast options were a bit poor for non Thai food lovers, area for food presentation is not perfect coz there’s flies and we saw a fly inside the Nutella jar. 
So theres definitely couple of areas for improvement: 
 - the restaurant cleaniness/ hygine and a veriety of breakfast options. 
- hotel rooms really needs a  renovation

Staff is great, hotel needs renovation and F&B improvements

We stayed here for 1 night before flying home. Check in was ok but as we were early we were asked to download an app and we would get a message when our room was ready. We went back to the hotel at 3pm and the room was ready but we hadn't received a message. The room was ok, it had all amenities and we slept well, however, there was a bad sweaty smell in the toilet and the fridge had been turned off so was full of water. The shower head was covered in black mould. Breakfast was ok. We wouldn't stay here again and feel it is a 3* hotel. Maybe the villas are better than the basic room but a  hotel should be good all through.
