Many thanks to K. Ampipan reservation for helping us to decide what is best for our family. As Onyx gold I do really appreciate that. Also K. Naan and Nafia for an excellent service while we checking in, in house and checked out. Movie night is lovely idea. Menu of the day always delicious. Every morning I seen hotel manager comes around to guarantee that service goes smoothly. Swimming pool is salted water and may really hot when hot weather just kids swimming pool need extra life guard and more clean. Miang kam that came with welcome drink is so delicious. We definitely return to this hotel.

This is my first time to stay here as solo travel. I really enjoy with ozo Phuket that had very near everything , shopping , beach

Hotel near everything

We've stayed at Ozo phuket three times, and it’s always a delight! The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for our family with two kids. The kids' pool and play area are fantastic and keep our children entertained.

A special thanks to Nong, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and wonderful with our kids. Her exceptional service really stood out.

The dining options are great, especially the breakfast buffet. Ozo phuket is our top choice for family vacations, and we can't wait to return!

The staff here at the Ozo were extremely helpful at all times, whether they were on the front desk, cleaning rooms or working at the towel station. Our room was always clean and the breakfast buffet was fit for a king! We’ll be back next year for sure!
