Pool

Totally luxurious stay. We upgraded to sea view which had fantastic views. The rooms were super modern and clean, had a wonderful porch area before the room itself which was great to store things as well as reduce any noise from outside. Also had a good walk in wardrobe/storage room.
The foyer was incredible, amazing views of Nai Thon beach. The restaurant on the roof was superb as well (it was Italian - which after 2 weeks of Thai food, a welcome change!) 
Breakfast selection and quality was the best vs. any hotel I've ever stayed. Wonderful food. 
Not much to do around the hotel, but a perfect place to end any holiday prior to leaving at Phuket airport.

Perfect place to end your trip

We just enjoyed our third stay at Pullman Naithon Beach in three years and we had the most wonderful stay. We didn’t think it possible for the hotel to have improved since we last stayed a year ago but it has. 

We have always been so impressed by the staff culture at this hotel which makes it a clear standout! 

The staff without exception always go to long lengths to make sure our stay is everything it can be! This holiday we were met by Bee at the airport who organised our transport to hotel and then personally walked us through checkin and got us settled into our room, to staff everywhere checking up on us, saying hi whenever they saw us, asking what they could do to make our stay better, remembering names and preferences, arranging special occasions and serving us with enthusiasm and skill, at every point along the way we were made to feel not only welcome, but that this was our home away from home. They left no stone unturned to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. 

The single best improvement for us between last year and this year was the introduction for the adults only area including the Float pool and MBar. The facilities and service here were outstanding!

I have stayed at many hotels in Phuket, and I can confidently say that Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach is the best one. The service from the front office team is exceptionally professional and friendly. Special thanks to K. Ing, K. Mook, K. Maemae, K. Chic, K. Poo, K. Bow, K. Siri, K. Mario, K. Preaw, K. Pakbung, K. Punch, K. Sydney, K. Hookwang, and K. Coco. Everyone works hard to ensure you’re happy. 

The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. The rooms are functional, with big, comfy beds that guarantee a deep sleep. 
Additionally, the service from K. Coat, K. Orn, and K. Gam at the M Bar is exceptional.
This hotel can truly make your vacation perfect.

Fantastic hotel

It’s our first stay with Pullman Naithon and everything just beyond expectations. Started with the ambience at the lobby with great service provided by Khun Maemae with her full information as first visit guests.
Maemae escorted us to the Deluxe Sea View room which they upgraded us from the standard room, thank you so much. We fall in love with the room design, spacious and well-maintenance. The bed is super comfy and really dragging from waking up 😂. The welcome self-shaking cocktails are great experience and tasty. We tried the dinner and the staff were so helpful (sorry I forgot her name) next day we tried the buffet breakfast and here is number one breakfast experience in Phuket & Khao Lak. The pool staff is so attentive and go extra mile for his job, he served cold water and juice shots for refreshments. We will definitely be back when we become Accor Platinum soon 😁

Memorable stayed 🩶

I have visited Phuket many times and this is one of the nicest resorts I’ve ever been to. Wonderful friendly staff, beautiful lobby area, amazing and impressive breakfast spread, and best of all, a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beach. Staff would even come around serving free drinks by the pool! Room was also beautiful and comfortable.
