Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel in Da Nang exceeded our expectations in several ways during our recent stay. From the outset, the staff was incredibly helpful and committed to ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Despite initially being satisfied with our room, we expressed a desire for a better view. Within just 30 minutes of sharing our request, they had upgraded us to a room with a view that truly enhanced our experience.

The hotel's location was also ideal, with proximity to both the city center and the beach, making it easy to explore the area.

In conclusion, we highly recommend Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. Their attentive service, friendly staff, and good standard of rooms make it an excellent choice for both business travelers and tourists seeking a memorable stay. We look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their warm hospitality again.

Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel in Da Nang

I stayed at this hotel from 26 may to 30 may (4 nights with 2 city suite room 507,307). The hotel is very friendly and homely. From the moment you check in, almost all the staff know your name and room number, which shows that everyone has a good way of communication. Although the hotel looks a bit old, there will be some works to improve itself, but they will be done without disturbing you, so you don't feel anything. The suites are big, beautiful and comfortable. There are many food options around the hotel (fast food, Korean, Japanese cuisine, seafood, cafe and authentic street food), and the beach is only an 8-minute walk away.

I would also like to thank the front desk staff Chau for her warm smile and patience in helping me check in and check out, providing me with a lot of room information and arranging my itinerary. Staff Nhi also took the initiative to come to my family and I during breakfast to ask how we were staying and provided us with a lot of local hidden foods and places. PR manager Gigi also asked me very considerately about my stay and reminded me of what I needed to pay attention to before I went to some tourist attractions.

Overall, I am glad that I chose this hotel. I think it is a very high-quality hotel in terms of service, value and comfort.
