This newly built hotel is situated in front of the beach named My Khe which is the sixth best beach in the planet awarded by the Forbes magazine. This is our first visit to Hilton Gardens Inn Da Nang. Cleanliness of the hotel is superb, most of the staff at every departments can be described as Jewels of the Crown of Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang. In amongst them there are several members of staff who are willing to go extra mile in helping guests. Namely Dang ( j sous chef),Duong Truong ( Guest operations manager) , HIEU, Nghia, NO, Kiet,Sang, Hoa Lee, Thu, Thieu, Luke, Trang. I bet I must have forgotten some other members names, please forgive me for my idiocy. Before I conclude my review I must stress the fact that non of the high remarks could be achieved without the  lead & guidance from GM Nick Boyd. We will be back to see you all lovely  bunch next year (2026)  Keep up with your good work

Newly built hotel in front of the world’s best beaches

Stayed here last year and will return next month for another stay at probably the best HGI in the world. While I expect to have a great time there, I have a different reason to write this: The GM of the hotel is always super fast replying to his emails and tries to fulfill any wishes one may have. This level of dedication and service is literally second to none. I recommend the HGI Da Nang to anyone and hope that the property will be there for all of us to enjoy under great management for a long, long time.

Hands on GM is the best

Hotel provided luxury accommodations and services at a very reasonable prices. We had a special dinner for Valentine Day at the hotel and used a rooftop bar and swimming pool. We also use na lobby bar for breakfast as the one provided by hotel was not included in our rate.

My hubby booked this hotel via agoda. I needed bath tub and Duyen(Jiyeon -majored Korean language) helped to find room for our family (upgrade with discount (with my hilton membership). 

The King bed with balcony (ocean view) was much better the standard and I enjoyed the stays.

Comfort and kind staffs

We were in a corner room on the 17th floor directly facing the beach. Was given a free upgrade being a Hilton Honor Gold Member. It has an outstanding view of the beachfront and a beautiful sunrise. The room is significantly big for the three of us and I like the layout having a table near the headboard. That gives you time to continue working/surfing the internet while the rest of your room companions sleep. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are so soft that your head will just sink in. The bathroom has a rain shower, a shower, and a bathtub with a big window covered with retractable blinds. 
We have dinner and cocktails on the 27th floor and 5th floors on two separate occasions. The food and drinks are to our standard. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor with lots of selections from local to international. Vietnam coffee is available in either hot or cold blend.  
Staff are well trained and speaks English that is good enough to have a simple exchange of words. They are courteous, respectful, and very helpful.  
We are very satisfied with our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang.
