Absolutely amazing service, feels like you’re famous when you step foot in the hotel.
They greet you to a drink and a warm welcome. Everybody is so kind this woman showed us our hotel room for like 10 minutes everything that we needed to know.  Great location and decent pool.

This was a fantastic hotel. We booked a Junior Suite, which was located on the 21st floor, with awesome views out over the ocean, towards the Standing Buddha, and down along the coast. The room was very large with a large bathroom, a separate lounge, and a huge balcony with seating. There were block-out curtains to stop light coming through in the mornings, which proved very helpful. 

The service by all staff was excellent but in particular, we would like to acknowledge Houng Thuy from the customer service department. We had an issue with a car transfer to Ba Na Hills, and she dealt with the matter professionally and to our satisfaction. 

The Speakeasy bar and tapas on the 26th floor was a nice secluded and peaceful location to have a few cocktails and even a nice late lunch.

The included breakfast on the 2nd floor included plenty of choices including eggs to your liking.

The location of the hotel is excellent, across the road from the main beach, and within easy access to good restaurants and several convenience stores within a few hundred metres. If you venture a little further (1-1.5km) there is a whole street of really nice restaurants and spas you can visit - we did this on several occasions.  

We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Rude behaviour by hotel manager Stephen at anemoi restaurant during breakfast. I asked him for some hot water. On that he said,” you are not the only guest in hotel. I have 380 guests to attend” I was not asking for any favour. But this attitude is not acceptable

I had an excellent ZEN treatment with Ms. NHI that I higly reccomend for a visitor looking for a rejuvenating massage. Zen massage combines the techniques of Japanese Shiatsu and oil treatments. It truely removes fatigue through stimulation of the five senses. Thank you Ms. NHI.

I had Ms Nhi my spa therapist for 2 hours: body massage and facial. It was such a wonderful experience- had a very relaxing time and enjoyed every moment.
It was so pampered and she is such a lovely and friendly. I would recommend everyone to try it if you are staying in the hotel or nearby.
